28/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise this lunchtime! Come and enjoy a delicious meal—and that's an understatement—at this brasserie, tastefully decorated with vintage Motobecane motorcycles.
The welcome was super friendly, and while it was certainly busy, isn't that a sign of quality? We were seated very well, even with our two small dogs.
From the appetizer to the dessert, your dishes delighted our taste buds. Fresh, flavorful ingredients, and the added bonus of homemade quality, all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it and can't wait to try the terrace when the weather is nicer.

03/03/2026: The room was adequate, but I was disappointed by the outdated and damaged furnishings (small table), and there was no minibar. No food service on a Saturday evening was a shame for a 4-star hotel.
The service was commendable, from reception to the breakfast, which was good (the receptionist's availability was a plus).
The location is perfect for visiting Rambouillet (town center, castle, park, sheepfold).
02/03/2026: We spent two nights at the Mercure Rambouillet. We received a very warm welcome, the staff were very friendly, and our room was perfect with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and functional. We were very happy with our stay at this tastefully decorated hotel, and we've definitely kept the address in mind.

16/03/2026: Family lunch with my 18-month-old daughter. And, as always, everyone ate well, and the service was incredibly fast.
02/03/2026: I can only comment on the drive-thru, but the service was impeccable. I went at the end of the day and again early in the morning, and the staff were helpful, smiling, and pleasant. It was a welcome and refreshing experience. My order was complete and piping hot every time.
