07/07/2025: This is unacceptable, impossible to get someone on the phone!!! I didn't get my delivery, either the delivery people are thieves or the people in the kitchen don't know how to prepare deliveries properly. Go to another McDonald's 😭😭

02/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome and the service was perfect. The brasserie-style cuisine offered good value for money. We will definitely return.

02/02/2026: After eating at several restaurants in Saint Germain en Laye, I can confirm that Café de L’industrie is by far the best restaurant in town. This is my second visit: the food is excellent and Fred is incredibly attentive throughout the entire service! It's a real pleasure to go there. I highly recommend this place!!

04/02/2026: I ordered Subway twice through Deliveroo, and both experiences were terrible. The first time, my order was switched with someone else's. The second time, I received expired, inedible fries. This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant of this chain. There's a lack of professionalism, hygiene issues, and no order verification. I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend them.

28/01/2026: The most senior member of staff was extremely unpleasant. She charged me €17 for a student meal deal, which included a very small portion of fries (no more than ten). I asked for the receipt, but it didn't detail what I had ordered. After speaking with other customers, I noticed that prices seemed to vary for the same order, creating a real sense of injustice and a lack of transparency. Some paid less, while others experienced the same situation as me. In my experience, this is an establishment to avoid due to the staff's behavior and lack of consideration for customers. There is a clear absence of any human touch. The food isn't bad, but that doesn't make up for the overall experience. When I asked for an explanation and the receipt, the woman's attitude seemed inappropriate, almost mocking, which only increased my discomfort. I felt there was a lack of professionalism and transparency, which is very regrettable.

17/01/2026: We came with a group of friends (5 in total) and had a great time until we left, when we realized we'd been charged an extra €17 for a meal... The cashier refused to give us a breakdown at the time of payment, and now I understand why! Well done for ripping off your customers WITH A SMILE.
