01/09/2026: The service was quite pleasant; the lady who was a bit taller was very welcoming, warm, and smiling. However, the other lady, who was a bit shorter, asked for our student IDs, even though we go there quite often and her colleague told her she knew us and that we were frequent customers. She still insisted on seeing our student cards, displaying a passive-aggressive attitude. Another group of teenagers came in, and she didn't ask them for their IDs. The service was better for them than for us; throughout the meal, she was unpleasant to us, and I hope it had nothing to do with our skin color.

15/07/2026: One of the worst meals of my life... First, there was a nauseating smell of sewage throughout the dining room. Then, burnt fries, a flank steak cooked in a deep fryer (the meat was rolled up, oozing oil, and tasted like it had been fried), wilted salad, chicken supremes (for my mother) that weren't supremes at all, but just a plain piece of chicken with bone and skin, overcooked, and defrosted, mass-produced desserts... I ate out of politeness and hunger; I shouldn't have. My stomach hurt all afternoon. All this for a high price! The waitresses were very professional, but that was the only redeeming quality; otherwise, it's a complete rip-off.

11/07/2026: No sense of customer service. They refused to replace a glass of wine (there was a wasp in it), saying it wasn't their fault... lol. So they have the nerve to bring me the same glass without the wasp... what a joke. For a €6.50 glass, they lost a customer (I went there 4 or 5 times), but I think they don't care. The owner has no sense of customer service. A shame in this profession. I won't be going back on principle.

15/08/2026: I went to the Subway in Saint-Germain. First of all, upon arrival, I found myself behind the register instead of at the counter because both doors were open—zero security. Then, there was no cashier to greet us; I had to wait a good two minutes and make noise by coughing before a cashier finally arrived. She barely said hello, and every question received a cold response. Frankly, if she doesn't want to come to work, she shouldn't. Furthermore, the overall quality of the establishment is poor; a paving stone on the floor is broken, which could be dangerous. I do not recommend it. Luckily, the sandwich was good.

08/08/2026: My thoughts are with the waitress who was alone on Saturday night! The service was good and plentiful! In Saint-Germain-en-Laye, I think they should do better! The wait was too long!
