Reception and availability of staff at the top!
The dish of the day was perfect: pink veal steak. Impeccable cooking and impeccable meat quality. Gourmet coffee is delicious!

31/01/2024: Big drop in level in this pastry shop which was one of the most pleasant in St Germain. The welcome varies depending on the person serving you, the cakes are overpriced and often date from the day before. In addition, the establishment is now closed on Wednesdays, although this is not mentioned anywhere.

I wanted to taste the new things. The pulled beef is tiny and disgusting.
The Thai and the cheddar chutney had almost no sauce, it was tasteless.
I liked your classic bagels even if they are expensive but your new ones are dismal failures, I am very disappointed and regret having paid so much for them. It's not up to par.

06/04/2024: Really rubbish !!! Too bad we can't give 0 stars 🌟 Very long table service, served cold twice to follow, forced to ask for sauces and napkins.
And the toilets, I don't even talk about them!!! Well, a little => Disgusting, but that's probably due to the little tubes of cotton candy that don't know how to control their flow and aren't even able to raise the bezel. One thing is certain, I won't set foot there again 🤮🤮🤮
