25/06/2026: I've had the opportunity to eat and have a drink at Café de l'Indépendance several times. The food is delicious and the waiters are very pleasant!
13/06/2026: Enjoying a nice beer after the evening market (2019). Now a nice glass of wine. Not much is open in March, but this is a good place to go. June 2026 beer on the terrace...

03/09/2024: It's disgusting! The waiter is nice and very kind, but the food is AWFUL. We had dry, DRY salad!!! I'll never go back. We waited 40 minutes! For dry salad and chicken swimming in olive oil.

10/03/2026: A very good experience at the restaurant of the Hôtel Les 2 Vallées.
The welcome was warm and the service pleasant. The dishes were generous and well-prepared, with simple yet authentic cuisine that showcased the ingredients.
The atmosphere was friendly and inviting.
A great place in Entraygues-sur-Truyère for a pleasant meal.
I recommend it 🙂

29/05/2024: A warm welcome, generous and fine cuisine, incredible homemade desserts, and a very pleasant terrace with its brazier under the plane trees, I can only recommend this establishment.
The hotel, recently taken over and renamed "Bistrorant 1610" by Virginie and Emmanuel, is getting a facelift with beautification work, a place we will return to often!
