A warm welcome, generous and fine cuisine, incredible homemade desserts, and a very pleasant terrace with its brazier under the plane trees, I can only recommend this establishment. The hotel, recently taken over and renamed "Bistrorant 1610" by Virginie and Emmanuel, is getting a facelift with beautification work, a place we will return to often!

10/03/2026: A very good experience at the restaurant of the Hôtel Les 2 Vallées. The welcome was warm and the service pleasant. The dishes were generous and well-prepared, with simple yet authentic cuisine that showcased the ingredients. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. A great place in Entraygues-sur-Truyère for a pleasant meal. I recommend it 🙂
25/10/2025: The rooms could use some renovation and the service was person dependant. The dinner food was good and the breakfast awesome
