20/08/2024: I came for a romantic dinner with my wife to this little restaurant in Entraygues and we were very satisfied. A cozy atmosphere, the kindness and warm welcome of the staff, the finesse and research of the dishes that we loved. In short, we ate very well! We are eager to come and try the autumn menu based on chestnuts.

10/03/2026: A very good experience at the restaurant of the Hôtel Les 2 Vallées. The welcome was warm and the service pleasant. The dishes were generous and well-prepared, with simple yet authentic cuisine that showcased the ingredients. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. A great place in Entraygues-sur-Truyère for a pleasant meal. I recommend it 🙂
25/10/2025: The rooms could use some renovation and the service was person dependant. The dinner food was good and the breakfast awesome
