22/02/2026: A warm welcome, a wonderful menu, and smooth, professional service! From the aperitif, accompanied by homemade pretzels, to dessert, it's an explosion of flavors! The pork chop was a delight...and the grand finale, apricot tarte tatin, makes me say I'll gladly return!

21/02/2026: I spent one night on a full-board basis; the meals were absolutely delicious, and that's an understatement. The manager is incredibly welcoming and friendly.
If the opportunity arises again, I would definitely stay there again.
11/02/2026: Go for it without hesitation... beautiful, very clean, comfortable rooms... excellent cuisine... I highly recommend it, truly nothing to complain about, you will be very well received.

01/01/2026: On December 31st, I needed to get some VUSE top-ups at the last minute for my brother. Luckily, this tobacconist had them! 😅 The person at the tobacco counter was really friendly and helpful! 😃
16/10/2025: How can I express the pleasure and warmth felt when, on the way out, the owner offered to fill our water bottles... indeed, after 700km by bike, the list of our needs met by this coffee was already long... one October morning... freezing after a night in a vacant lot! 1000 thanks

02/01/2026: I found myself scrambling at the last minute, on December 31st, to find VUSE top-ups for my brother. I was feeling a bit discouraged and ready to take any top-up, even if it wasn't the right one. Luckily, the tobacconist was kind and helpful, informing me that his were indeed unsuitable. Eventually, I managed to find the correct top-ups at another tobacconist. Thank you! ☺️

08/03/2026: What a disaster! It feels like a restaurant from 20 years ago, with a stressed-out owner arguing with his wife who's in the kitchen, and above all, the food is fried and refried, it's probably defrosted and put in. In short, culinary "tourists," run away!

07/06/2024: Putting products from the day before on sale at the same price is not very correct, I went to have a pain au chocolat and frankly disappointed…. Make at least bags from the day before with the evening loss please

Ris d'agneau cuisson impeccable bien assaisonnée persillade présente mais pas trop par contre dommage d'avoir des frites surgelées en accompagnement
Plateau fromage un peu famélique

06/10/2024: Nous avons poussé la porte du Pégase car il a le particularisme d'être le seul restaurant ouvert à Sainte Affrique le lundi soir...
Il s'agit d'une brasserie classique avec des prix dans la norme.
Nous avons été accueillis par une jeune serveuse aimable.
La nourriture a une qualité variable selon ce que vous prenez.
La pascade au roquefort en entrée est bonne (spécialité locale). Ça tient au corps, je vous préviens.
La tagliatelle carbonara est très bonne (c'est une carbonara à la française, je précise) avec plein de lardons (qui s'étaient tous cachés pour la photo) et de crème fraiche, un oeuf, du râpé, bref tout ce qu'il faut, le tout en abondance.
Le confit de canard frites par contre est moyen, avec une viande moyenne et des frites du genre de McDonald.
