A wonderful experience at La Table de Jean!
I started with a perfectly cooked duck breast tataki, tender and full of flavor. For my main course, the beef tournedos Rossini was exceptional: impeccably cooked, melt-in-your-mouth meat, and a delicious side dish.
To finish, the profiterole was delightful, with a perfect balance of hot and cold.
Pleasant service and a warm atmosphere; I highly recommend it!

In Saint-Affrique for a weekend, we ate all three meals at this establishment, a real gem! ❤️ Incredible food, discreet and delightful service! We came on Easter Sunday, without a reservation, and were lucky enough to get the last two seats—already a big plus! 👍
The welcome was truly wonderful, warm, and pleasant, despite the crowd.
Regarding the food:
👉 I ordered the 8-hour cooked pork chop, and was a little disappointed: it wasn't cooked to perfection and the meat was served slightly cold.
👉 My wife had the aligot with sausage, which was also good, but again, it was served a bit lukewarm.
For dessert:
👉 The giant homemade profiterole was supposed to be excellent, but unfortunately, it was served too long after it had been prepared: the ice cream had completely melted, which made the choux pastry soggy.
Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was still good and generous, with homemade cuisine and a great menu.
👉 We still recommend it! 👍

Passing through the area, we discovered this little restaurant on a Sunday evening.
