Innovative menu. Excellent quality in every dish. You can tell everything is prepared with love. Very friendly and attentive service. A place I absolutely recommend!

Everything was perfect. The service was pleasant and professional. The meal was truly excellent in every way. We ordered the tuna titaki, beef, and pork. Each dish was cooked to perfection, and the meat was incredibly tender. The giant profiterole was a bit too big 😅 but it was so delicious that we ate it all without any trouble 😁 and we rarely order dessert. Our only regret is not being able to try other dishes; we were just passing through, but if we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely make the detour!

The beef tartare was exceptionally well-seasoned, and the roasted vegetables were excellent. The aligot with sausage was perfectly seasoned. The Gourmandas wine was excellent. Impeccable service.

Lunch menu: Expensive for the price.

We had the foie gras as a starter on its mushroom cannelloni, which was divine. The rest of the meal was just as delicious. A wonderful discovery. And the homemade lemon pouss was very fragrant and delicious.

We often say it when something is bad, but we too often forget to say it when it's excellent. Here, it was a true 5/5! Coming from Belgium and on holiday in the south of France, we stumbled upon this wonderful little restaurant, and we weren't disappointed. The welcome and politeness of the waiters were remarkable, with warm and attentive service. We had an extremely good meal. The set menu was excellent, generous, and perfectly presented. The children shared a giant profiterole: a delicious choux pastry with an excellent chocolate sauce. The dessert of the day was also a real treat. Frankly, we have nothing to complain about… except that it's a shame this restaurant isn't closer to home! Keep up the good work! Reading the other reviews, we see that we're not the only ones who share this enthusiasm, and it's well deserved. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Looking for traditional cuisine and a friendly atmosphere, I booked a table at this establishment, which I discovered during my stay in Saint-Affrique. A warm welcome, smiles, and genuine kindness are the qualities I noticed first. A cozy place that invites you to savor a magnificent burrata, for example, or a modern twist on lemon tart, among other things. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and helpful, and the service and hygiene are impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had pan-seared foie gras and lamb sweetbreads, excellent, nothing to complain about. It was succulent! I highly recommend it.
