Excellent hotel and restaurant. They offer several types of rooms (double or family). The restaurant is top-notch. In fact, we went back for both dinners during our stay. The staff was fantastic! 👌 I highly recommend it.

Very convenient hotel, just steps from the town hall. Standard room, air-conditioned, although a bit small. Shower access a little tight, but manageable ;-) Impeccable welcome and service. Very good breakfast.

A wonderful discovery for a hiking trip! The room was worthy of a 3-star hotel, the local cuisine was delicious, and the host was very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knew the region perfectly!
I highly recommend a stay at the Hôtel du Pont Neuf.

We booked late, around 12:30 pm, but despite this, we were welcomed for lunch.
The dining room is very simply decorated, with tables cleverly arranged so that each table can converse without disturbing its neighbors.
The menu is extensive, and the daily special is reasonably priced. The pork is tender and accompanied by vegetables other than ordinary fries and mashed potatoes.
The dessert of the day (roasted pineapple) is beautifully presented, and the coffee is excellent.
The service is discreet yet efficient; there's no need to ask for anything, everything arrives promptly.
A place to remember! 🤩

A truly special moment at this restaurant; we ate very well. The setting is lovely, the local produce is excellent, everything is perfect. The staff is incredibly attentive. It's wonderful to rediscover the importance of sharing information about the region and the places to visit. It was a real pleasure to chat with the owner of this restaurant. It's always a pleasure to make our little stop (Var/Tarn) every two months at this charming establishment in Sainte Affrique.
Jérôme and his team offer a warm and friendly welcome.
The arrival of Chef Michael in the kitchen six months ago has further enhanced the high standards provided by everyone: local and regional products, homemade cuisine, and expert advice. This welcome development undoubtedly guarantees the future of the establishment.

I spent one night on a full-board basis; the meals were absolutely delicious, and that's an understatement. The manager is incredibly welcoming and friendly.
If the opportunity arises again, I would definitely stay there again.
