The service was pleasant and professional. The meal was truly excellent in every way.
We ordered the tuna titaki, beef, and pork. Each dish was cooked to perfection, and the meat was incredibly tender. The giant profiterole was a bit too big 😅 but it was so delicious that we ate it all without any trouble 😁 and we rarely order dessert. Our only regret is not being able to try other dishes; we were just passing through, but if we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely make the detour!

09/08/2026: Arriving in St. Affrique on Sunday evening (August 2nd), the restaurant was recommended to us, and it was more than appropriate. The dishes were excellent, featuring local produce, and they made an effort to accommodate my vegetarian partner (even suggesting options beyond those already on the menu). The staff were friendly and offered suggestions for places to visit in the area. All this in a very pleasant setting. In short, if the rooms are as good as the restaurant, this place is well worth a visit!
27/07/2026: We didn't really choose this hotel-restaurant as it was part of a package for a sports adventure… but what a wonderful discovery! The room was perfect: spacious, comfortable bed, and above all, spotless. In my opinion, it was far superior to a 2-star hotel! And what can I say about the dinner we had there that evening? PERFECT! Absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! The dining room is very cozy and charming, and the service was impeccable… A truly excellent place that I highly recommend.

14/02/2026: A very pleasant pizzeria with friendly staff. The prices are affordable, with the option of ordering half pizzas plus salad. They use regional and traditional products. The pizzas are very good and generous. We will return if we are ever back in Saint-Affrique.

08/03/2026: What a disaster! It feels like a restaurant from 20 years ago, with a stressed-out owner arguing with his wife who's in the kitchen, and above all, the food is fried and refried, it's probably defrosted and put in. In short, culinary "tourists," run away!

14/04/2026: Your sandwich bread is so hard it's like a rock, inedible. It's been several days; this isn't the first time. The bread contains the chemical additive E472E, titanium dioxide, and insect flour.
15/03/2026: I bought a pack of four mini chocolate doughnuts, and to my great disappointment, two of them weren't even filled. One would have been acceptable, but two is simply unacceptable! To top it all off, these doughnuts were supposed to be freshly made, but they were clearly from the day before. In short, a very disappointing experience.

11/10/2024: Menu du soir a 30€. Entrée escargot feuilleté trop de sauce d'accompagnement dommage escargot bien cuit feuilleté baignant dans la sauce et trop de salade
Ris d'agneau cuisson impeccable bien assaisonnée persillade présente mais pas trop par contre dommage d'avoir des frites surgelées en accompagnement
Plateau fromage un peu famélique

06/10/2024: Nous avons poussé la porte du Pégase car il a le particularisme d'être le seul restaurant ouvert à Sainte Affrique le lundi soir...
Il s'agit d'une brasserie classique avec des prix dans la norme.
Nous avons été accueillis par une jeune serveuse aimable.
La nourriture a une qualité variable selon ce que vous prenez.
La pascade au roquefort en entrée est bonne (spécialité locale). Ça tient au corps, je vous préviens.
La tagliatelle carbonara est très bonne (c'est une carbonara à la française, je précise) avec plein de lardons (qui s'étaient tous cachés pour la photo) et de crème fraiche, un oeuf, du râpé, bref tout ce qu'il faut, le tout en abondance.
Le confit de canard frites par contre est moyen, avec une viande moyenne et des frites du genre de McDonald.
