31/03/2024: For the positive points: pleasant young waitress, good gratins dauphinois. For the rest we were very disappointed, poultry escalope for a little hunger... fried overcooked and floury... lentil reheated in the microwave (advantage of having a view in the kitchen) I'll let you imagine that it's not great for the taste, it made them dry.... steak of beef cooked blue instead of rare, after returning to the kitchen at my request, the steak came back still as blue, I still tried to make it eat but the meat had an aftertaste, so I didn't touch it anymore. I reported it and when cashing out, I was just told "sorry the meat wasn't to your liking." These are not really the right words, I would rather say that the cooking was not respected and the meat was probably not very fresh. It's not very commercial at the moment. Race results, very disappointed, we didn't even want to try the desserts.
