19/05/2026: Excellent service, efficient and friendly. The meat I ordered rare was served just slightly overcooked; otherwise, the food would have been better. Very well located opposite La Timone.

08/06/2026: We've been traveling in Provence for almost four weeks and have never eaten so badly. After we complained about the service, the owner verbally abused us and almost threw us out of the restaurant. I can only say never again.

We were greeted by warm and energetic waitresses, eager to introduce us to a wide range of local and artisanal products, from pastis and beers to panisses and St Rémy tomatoes, plus new special editions: Summer burger, truffle burger, Brazil burger (a little gem for chili lovers and gourmets), and the meat!! Let's talk about the meat!!! What a joy to treat yourself knowing you're eating good things 🥰 Black Angus steaks, matured ribeye, homemade fish and chips—everyone at the table loved it! 25/04/2026: Excellent establishment, very good meats cooked perfectly; my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A generous and welcoming restaurant, I highly recommend it, we'll be back. The only thing is, some light background music would have been a nice touch.

10/05/2026: It was great! We ordered three appetizers to share; the croquettes were delicious and the tonkatsu pork was just perfect! For our main courses, we had two octopus dishes and a chicken with bacon and cheddar. Everything was amazing! We'll definitely be back next time we're in Cassis! You can go there without hesitation! Special mention to the waitress who was lovely and to the chef who truly knows his ingredients!

12/07/2026: Way too long, a 30-minute wait for an ridiculously bad meal deal!! I wasted more gas waiting than anything else. I felt like throwing up in the car 🤣🤣🤣🤣

05/07/2026: We went as a family last night, there were nine of us, so it cost over €100, not including ice cream. I asked for six glasses of water, and they refused. They told me, "No sir, you have to buy bottled water." It's a disgrace, especially in the middle of a heatwave and with three children. All this just to waste even more money on a 50cl bottle of water that cost €3.40, which you probably only paid €1 for. OVERCONSUMER SOCIETY Shameful manager and employees! You don't refuse water!

05/07/2026: We used to eat at Le Chalut every time we visited Les Saintes. Disappointment following the change of ownership. The fish soup was tasteless, very thin, with hardly any rouille. Tellines were listed on the menu, but they weren't available. No homemade desserts were included in our meal. The waiter was friendly, but constantly on his phone – he forgot the rosé and had to ask for it again. Is the chef also the owner? He never comes to say a word and just smokes cigarette after cigarette in front of his restaurant.

30/06/2026: A real gem we discovered during our 4-day stay in Marseille! We stopped by Etienne's and loved it. Half-and-half pizza, crispy crust, fresh salad, and an exceptional caramel for dessert: a real treat. The team is warm and welcoming (thank you, Nasser!), we laughed, we had a great time – a fantastic atmosphere. Our first time at this institution, but certainly not our last!

30/06/2026: RUN AWAY! We were seated at the table near the oven, and the owner spent his time yelling at and humiliating his employees. It was outrageous. Disgusting. Embarrassing. And not very customer-oriented either. The food was good, but nothing special—certainly nothing worth enduring such torture for anyone with even a shred of empathy. The servers were lovely, but the experience was truly ruined by this despicable character who spent his time shouting at them less than 50 cm from our table. Surely a victim of his own success, it might be time for this man to stop or do something else to avoid ruining the lives of his employees and customers.
