PS: be careful of the winding road that takes you there! don't be afraid of heights ahaha

03/09/2023: We wanted to have a coffee, but as soon as we went in, we heard the voice of a man shouting at us "bonjour! bonjour! bonjour! bonjour!....". Although quite puzzled by this, we smiled and said "bonjour, would it be possible to have a coffee?". But the man shouted even louder "Bonjour! bonjour! bonjour! In France we say bonjour and we know good manners!". I tried to say we had said 'hello' as we went in, but he wouldn't have it and became even more aggressive, to a point he chased us out, still shouting and repeating his 'bonjour' mantra and calling us rude. We cannot explain why this man became so aggressive and nothing could have justified the violence of his behaviour towards us. He clearly dislikes foreigners but then why does he work in the tourism industry?

Unfortunately we will not come back... unless she leaves because the food is good and the setting incredible...
15/10/2023: In this restaurant I ate the best pizza on the whole island. Everyone is very nice and the atmosphere is also very nice.

14/12/2023: First of all I wanted to thank the hotel staff but especially the restaurant staff who are incredible, golden people, I had a wonderful week. Mirta, Guy and the chef are fantastic, go there with your eyes closed, he gives good advice, they are attentive. At the bar there is a choice of rum that you will not find everywhere Mirta and Guy are passionate and will pass on their knowledge of wine, rum, beer and island products to you.
Thanks also to the person at Aleria! What I encountered was great

24/11/2023: Un super hôtel , d'une propreté exemplaire , la dame de la réception d'une grande gentillesse et politesse , ainsi que le monsieur du matin , le restaurant au top et succulent sont les plats.
Le petit déjeuner est plus qu'appétissant .... Un vrai régal !!

06/04/2024: The pizza chef is knowledgeable, passionate, really good at preparing pizzas.
The oven is electric, but the cooking is perfect... it is very rare that I eat the broth of a pizza, it must be really light and well done, and this is the case here.
The place is almost hidden, but still very central and in a quiet area.
The menu suggests classic recipes, with some recipes more focused on Corsican ingredients.
The mozzarella used is excellent (this is not so obvious outside of Italy).
I found the Peroni Nastro Azzurro beer to drink, there is also the classic and excellent Pietra Corsican.
Exquisite staff, they also work intensely for home deliveries, which is another excellent indicator of the goodness of the product.
To be recommended without reservations!
