The sirloin steak was cooked perfectly.
The fries were delicious.
The roasted Camembert was excellent.
The dessert selection was equally delicious!
I highly recommend it.

It was already borderline bad a year ago, but this lunchtime was the last straw!
There were nine of us, and it was nothing but problems. First of all, they were completely out of everything (meat, mushrooms, sauces, desserts). We ordered a guinea fowl with fries: it arrived with mushroom sauce (supposedly they were out). The plate had been refilled, but the meat was raw inside. There were two shredded meats, one duck and one beef: both ducks were served without mushrooms or the onion cream sauce, the sauces were forgotten, and there were no carafes of water, so we had to serve ourselves. The pepper sauce was water, two fries were missing, and everything was cold. The plates were so cold it looked like they'd come from outside. Despite the waiter constantly apologizing and offering us free coffee, it's unacceptable and inadmissible.

First and last time at this restaurant.
I want to emphasize a huge lack of attention to detail in the kitchen.
We ordered two burgers, one beef and one duck. We were served two duck burgers, with fries that arrived much later because we had to ask for them, and the same for the sauces.
A spider crab was served as cold as the bald waiter, with fries that were also cold.
Then my partner ordered a guinea fowl without sauce. The dish arrived, but the chicken was covered in sauce, so it went back to the kitchen.
When the dish came back without sauce, the chicken was raw—I mean raw, not undercooked. So the dish went back to the kitchen, and when it came back, they sent me a chicken that was so well-cooked the meat was crispy.
The coffees were cold.
I'm probably forgetting many other things that went wrong.
I just want to acknowledge the gesture of goodwill from the staff regarding the chicken. A young, dark-haired waiter who seems to love and know his job, but who looks bewildered to be working with such incompetent people, should definitely consider changing establishments if he wants to advance in this profession.
Given the quality of the meal and the food, I fully expect to be smashing my toilet in the coming days.
