12/07/2026: Hello, I booked for my boyfriend's birthday and we came with his 12-year-old daughter. I requested the smaller room for a more relaxed atmosphere, and it was perfect. The staff is helpful, polite, and, above all, responsive to requests. The cuisine is simple, refined, and of very high quality. The service is quick. All this ended with a very reasonable bill considering the quality of the experience. What more can I say? It was my first time at your establishment, and I will return with great pleasure.

Eating sauerkraut in the summer was a pleasure and a feast; even the presence of the oven for the flammekueche was a welcome touch despite the heat. I felt like I was dining at the home of friends who know how to cook and host exceptionally well. Undoubtedly one of the finest restaurants in Toulouse's Colombette district...

22/06/2026: The restaurant dining room desperately needs a thorough cleaning to remove the cobwebs that cover the ceiling and walls. Upon arrival, we discovered the air conditioning was off, leaving customers with no choice but to eat on the patio, despite the forecast of 40 degrees Celsius in the shade. The service was incredibly slow, far too slow for lunchtime in a place frequented by office workers and professionals; several customers openly complained. I waited about an hour and a half to quickly wolf down a beef carpaccio so I wouldn't be late for work. My partner ordered an appetizer, which arrived after about 45 minutes, and then his empty plate was left in front of him for a good 20 minutes before the rest of his meal arrived. The young waitress was doing her best but clearly lacked professional skills, pacing around aimlessly with empty hands. The "owner" thinks an hour and a half isn't such a long time for a meal... except it was just one dish (and it was cold!), and on top of that, she made a mistake on the bill and tried to charge us an extra 20 euros, all while berating the kitchen staff, even though we saw her wandering between the bar and the customers with order errors in her hands... In short, the food was decent but the service was interminable, in the sweltering heat despite the air conditioning in the dining room. The owner was barely friendly and dishonest. I don't understand the positive reviews, and I won't be back...
