14/12/2025: This Saturday, December 13th... there was a lot of choice, but we settled on the grilled cuttlefish. It had clearly been on a diet!! And the €7 bottle of San Pellegrino... that didn't go down well either!

Behind his long beard, the owner is surprisingly kind and humorous, and we were lucky enough to discover the waitressing talents of the owner-chef! Bravo for the chef's lasagna!!

09/11/2025: 45 minutes passed before our order was taken. We waited an hour before being served. The kebabs were sent back because they were undercooked (the duck hearts and chorizo were practically raw). The ketchup was from a stick, something you'd find in a store-bought container. And the three waitresses, clearly overwhelmed, were completely unfriendly. As a gesture of compassion when we paid, they offered us two shots: perfect for drastically increasing the blood alcohol level of two customers who had already each had two glasses of wine – hardly appropriate...

28/12/2025: Everything is great at this place where the meat is simply delicious! The waitresses are lovely and the owner comes to see you at the end of your meal. We go there regularly (we're from Normandy) and it's a culinary delight every time!

I highly recommend this restaurant:
Not only is the food delicious whether you order meat or fish, but the appetizers and desserts are also excellent. Everything is generous. It's a real treat.
I avoid gluten and dairy, and they made me a fruit salad even though it wasn't on the menu, and it was divine. Furthermore, the person who made the reservation for our respective birthdays had forgotten to mention it, so they couldn't even anticipate my request… Therefore, it was all the more appreciated.
All the staff are incredibly attentive, and it was very thoughtful of them to include some olives with our aperitif, which isn't something you see everywhere… and the candle on the fruit salad, which is something that's often overlooked in some supposedly more upscale restaurants in Montpellier, even though we specifically requested it when making the reservation.
Parking is easy and free.
It's clear I intend to come back.
I thank the entire team again for making our birthday evening so enjoyable.
