13/11/2025: I absolutely love this unique restaurant. The waitresses are excellent, and the owner is very pleasant and friendly. I often send friends here, and they always come back satisfied. Just one small complaint that comes up frequently (the entrecote platter is served with a salad). It's just a matter of presentation. Otherwise, it's fantastic value for money. See you soon!

07/10/2025: We came here by chance on Sunday. We were looking for a restaurant in Salbris. What a joy to walk through the door. We were afraid we'd stumble upon a cliché of the competitor with the big horns. Not so! The fire in the middle of the room brings a warm, welcoming atmosphere to our grandparents' home. Cooking right before our eyes over a wood fire is a real plus. The quality of the products is indisputable, whether it's the traditional andouillettes, Troyes sausages, traditional sausages, or braised ham. A real treat. The sweet touch of the meal is not the least. The coulant, ile flottante, and baba, not to mention the exquisitely flavored traditional ice creams, will leave you speechless. The welcome is very pleasant. The managers are very friendly and don't hesitate to chat 😉. You've found new loyal customers when we return to Salbris. See you soon

Sonia and Aurélien are entrepreneurs who strive for quality and are committed to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, some customers need education on etiquette and respect. This Mr. Alain Gilbert who thought it was interesting to criticize the prawns on the board, and so on... Shame on you, sir, for your behavior, stay home...
