21/03/2026: We recently discovered your restaurant thanks to two friends, and it was a wonderful find. The meat was absolutely delicious, and the welcome was very warm and friendly. We will be returning from our beautiful Burgundy to try more of your dishes. Kudos to the chef for the perfect cooking!

16/03/2026: In this former wine cellar, the meals are delicious. The ingredients are top-notch, especially the meats. The homemade rillettes are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. If you appreciate meat cooked to perfection, with love and care, then go ahead and savor the food as much as the ambiance. And let's not forget the service, which is both friendly and professional. Oh yes, I almost forgot… the wine recommendations are often spot-on. Thanks again, the four Belgians ;)

09/03/2026: The staff at reception were friendly. The food was good, nothing exceptional, but in line with what you'd expect from a La Boucherie restaurant: simple and decent. The prices were also reasonable. The service was very quick, which is certainly appreciated by people who work lunchtimes. However, the waiter seemed very rushed and rarely smiled, even though he did his job adequately. My biggest disappointment was the table cleaning. The cleaning product was sprayed very quickly and then a quick wipe was given, without even cleaning the entire surface. As a result, you can still see traces of the product that wasn't wiped off, as well as crumbs. The table didn't look very clean, which wasn't very reassuring.

07/03/2026: Lots of people, so lots of noise!! We had a waitress (Manon) who really improved the service! Very pleasant and attentive! The meat was cooked exactly as we wanted! Best of luck to the whole team

25/01/2026: We had an excellent meal. Regional products and homemade dessert. A warm welcome and perfect wood-fired cooking. I highly recommend it.

07/10/2025: We came here by chance on Sunday. We were looking for a restaurant in Salbris. What a joy to walk through the door. We were afraid we'd stumble upon a cliché of the competitor with the big horns. Not so! The fire in the middle of the room brings a warm, welcoming atmosphere to our grandparents' home. Cooking right before our eyes over a wood fire is a real plus. The quality of the products is indisputable, whether it's the traditional andouillettes, Troyes sausages, traditional sausages, or braised ham. A real treat. The sweet touch of the meal is not the least. The coulant, ile flottante, and baba, not to mention the exquisitely flavored traditional ice creams, will leave you speechless. The welcome is very pleasant. The managers are very friendly and don't hesitate to chat 😉. You've found new loyal customers when we return to Salbris. See you soon

20/03/2026: Excellent place! Warm welcome, fast and impeccable service, fresh and homemade products. We came as a group of eight, including four children, who received little treats (candy skewers, spinning tops, etc.) and the food was excellent! I highly recommend this place; our only regret is living 200km away, otherwise we'd be coming back regularly! Thank you to the staff and the manager for this wonderful discovery.
