25/04/2026: With two friends, we were looking for a traditional restaurant in Saint-Étienne to have a good time. We were craving some good meat and a nice wine 🙂. The evening at La Java Bleue exceeded our expectations! We received a super warm welcome and were served by two very funny waiters with whom we had a lot of laughs!! The meat was top quality and served with fries cooked in beef fat... Believe me, they're nowhere near as good as McDonald's fries!! 😋😋😋😋 At the end of the meal, we were offered a small digestif (and not just any digestif, it was the very good Verveine du Forez...). Honestly, an excellent evening, and believe me, we'll be back... Top-notch restaurant!!! 😉

25/04/2026: We had a fantastic time at the Buffalo Grill in Firminy! The welcome is always warm, but this time, a special mention must go to Noémie, our server. She was absolutely remarkable: smiling, energetic, and exceptionally professional. Despite the busy service, she anticipated our needs and served us with impressive speed, all with a genuine kindness that was truly delightful. It's this kind of service that makes you want to come back regularly. The food met our expectations, but it was Noémie's energy that made all the difference. Thank you again, Noémie!

28/04/2026: Honestly, what a fantastic experience at Buffalo Grill! A huge thank you to Kelyan, who was amazing from start to finish. A warm welcome, always smiling, incredibly professional and attentive without being intrusive. It's truly a pleasure to encounter someone so dedicated to their work. Fast service, excellent advice, and a great atmosphere thanks to him. You can tell he loves what he does, and it makes all the difference! I recommend it 100%, and kudos again to Kelyan for his excellent service.

05/05/2026: First time here, and overall the burgers were really good, no complaints there 👍 However, we had a very unpleasant surprise when it came time to pay… They were €1.30 short of change and couldn't give me any. So I had to leave it with them. Frankly, I think it's outrageous and quite shameful for a business not to be able to give proper change. It's a shame, because the experience could have been much better without this problem.

22/04/2026: Excellent service and atmosphere, I highly recommend it! The burger was so delicious and the delivery driver was very friendly.
