11/07/2026: Hello, I am contacting you because I am a regular customer, but my visit this morning left a very bad taste in my mouth. I arrived a little before opening time. The doors were already physically open, but I was refused access to the restrooms because I needed to use them urgently, on the pretext that there were 3 minutes left before the official opening time. Right after that, I returned a box full of luggage. The employee refused to refund me, claiming there was a scanning problem or that the return had already been processed. I left with only €2.10, which was far from the amount due. I usually appreciate the friendly service of your store, but this lack of flexibility and this refund issue have greatly disappointed me.
