However, the sommelier service was disappointing: no wine pairings, no advice on choosing a bottle to complement the menu (it was a blind tasting), and a very limited selection of wines by the glass (which the sommelier served without even offering a taste). Overall, the experience was disappointing for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

I am contacting you because I am a regular customer, but my visit this morning left a very bad taste in my mouth.
I arrived a little before opening time. The doors were already physically open, but I was refused access to the restrooms because I needed to use them urgently, on the pretext that there were 3 minutes left before the official opening time.
Right after that, I returned a box full of luggage. The employee refused to refund me, claiming there was a scanning problem or that the return had already been processed. I left with only €2.10, which was far from the amount due.
I usually appreciate the friendly service of your store, but this lack of flexibility and this refund issue have greatly disappointed me.
How can we resolve the problem of this incorrectly scanned luggage?

Update: The manager contacted me by email to refuse any refund for my physical till, hiding behind account statistics.
She didn't even apologize for her employee's appalling behavior and, worse, condoned it.
Deplorable business practices, avoid them at all costs.

12/08/2026: I love this place, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and fantastic concerts.
11/08/2026: The setting is pleasant and the staff friendly. As for the food, it was good, but unfortunately lacked real flavor and character. The dishes were fairly standard and a bit bland for my taste. It's more of a pub/brasserie atmosphere than a true restaurant experience, which perhaps explains my expectations. Nothing bad, but I was expecting something more flavorful and sophisticated.

03/07/2026: A serious facelift is needed; we thought the place had been abandoned. There's a huge, hideous black stain on the roof, the colors are drab—in short, the exterior is truly ugly and uninviting. The service is adequate, but the prices are far too high for what you get. The taste and flavor are very bland; Picard does just as well. The bison terrine tastes like pork terrine, and the presentation, served in a jar, is really poor. The jar doesn't indicate the type or origin of the meat, but I seriously doubt it's American bison... Just average, 10/20
20/06/2026: We had a very good meal on the terrace this evening; the main course and dessert were both delicious. The service was pleasant, with a lovely waitress. A big plus is that you accept pets! This isn't the case everywhere.

We arrived at McDonald's at 11:10 PM and waited over 40 minutes at the drive-thru to pay for our order. We were patient after finally getting an employee's attention to pay, but he told us the order had supposedly been deleted because it was a large order and difficult to retrieve. (This was 10 minutes before closing time.) So, after almost an hour's wait, we had no order and went home. (For your information, there were still 5 cars behind us.) Uber Eats was given priority. NEVER AGAIN
29/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at the McDonald's in Saint-Maximin. The atmosphere was calm, and the service was excellent. The staff was remarkably kind, which we greatly appreciated. We were particularly impressed by Noah's attentive and professional attitude towards the customer, as well as the young woman who served us.
A big thank you to the team for this excellent experience!

14/07/2026: Today we were served by a rather unfriendly young man at the till. He even banged loudly, clearly annoyed, to enter our purchases on his tablet. The customer service needs improvement!
09/07/2026: The biggest problem with this bakery is its complete lack of consistency. One day, the baguette made with heritage flours is excellent, the next it's simply inedible. My last purchase was a disaster: a dense, heavy, poorly developed crumb, with the obvious impression of a botched kneading or rushed production. It was nothing like the product they usually sell.
At this point, you really get the impression that the quality depends entirely on the person in the oven. When you pay the price for bread made with so-called heritage flours, you have the right to expect a minimum level of consistency. Here, it's a complete gamble.

13/04/2024: La carte du menu pas mise à jours.Aucun alcool,aucune eau pétillante de marquer au menu,très peu de dessert même pas de glace,certains mets n‘existe même plus et sont encore proposer.Enplus quand vous mangez on reçoit une dose de désodorisant qui est accroché au mur et qui lance de temps en temps un jet cela arrive dans nos assiettes

Les plats sont "made in France"
Et très bien présenté,par Benjamin qui nous explique d'où viennent les produits.
Nos assiettes sont également très bien proportionné.
Bravo à toute l'équipe et surtout aux petites mains qui sont en cuisine, car nous nous sommes régalé.
Merci encore pour la découverte des produits de nos régions et tout le sens qu'elles prennent en bouche.

05/05/2024: Très déçu de mes 4 plats « Nua Kao » commandés au restaurant pittaya de Creil saint-Maximin. Le plat doit être composé de crevettes et de bœuf. Aucune crevette n’étaient présentes dans les plats. Très peu de morceaux de bœuf. Ils contenaient essentiellement du riz, ce qui reste excessif pour le tarif demandé 12,90 euros par plat. Quel dommage, je ne vous recommande pas ce restaurant pour sa prestation et la qualité de ses plats.
