27/08/2026: Hello, I'm leaving a review so others don't throw their money away. We ordered two set menus at €33 each: starter, main course, and dessert, accompanied by a 1L bottle of Vittel water for €5.90 and an extra 40 cents each for mint. The bill should have been €72.70, but we were charged €74! Probably because my brother ordered mayonnaise. The wait was interminable, even though we were the first ones there. Regular customers were served before us, even though they arrived more than 15 minutes after us. If it had just been for the starter, it would have been fine, but it was the whole meal. The wait between courses was at least 30 minutes. The owner was completely unfriendly while serving us. And she blamed our being overlooked on her regular customers, with whom she was very pleasant. Let's not even talk about the meal. The plates were practically empty, with tiny pieces of salad, two radish slices, one cucumber slice, no sauce, and the presentation was nonexistent. My brother ordered cheese instead of dessert, which was just a pile of rabbit salad with nothing else on it, thrown together haphazardly. The main course consisted of two small pieces of meat, barely scraping by, served with homemade fries with the skin on—a portion fit for a five-year-old. The wait for the sauce was also 30 minutes. We were completely ignored throughout the meal, but hey, we didn't come here to be liked, we came to eat well. The only positive points were the view and the open air, and my dessert, which was artisanal ice cream, but again, it was the same story: they forgot about us for 20-25 minutes while others who arrived much later already had their ice cream (the bottom scoop had already melted). Whether it's my brother or me, we feel the same way and we won't be going back, except maybe for ice cream to share a moment together in the cool evening air! And I haven't even said everything, because otherwise it would have taken me over an hour to write! Try this restaurant and your wallet will cry. At worst, order a burger and fries, which seemed more substantial than what I had on my plate. I don't eat much to begin with, and frankly, when I left, I felt like I'd barely eaten anything, SHAMEFUL. Arrived at 7:05 PM, left after 9:10 PM for a 3-course meal, seriously?!

21/08/2026: A rather mixed experience at Chalet du Lac. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. I had ordered rare meat, but it arrived very rare, which was disappointing. The "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) didn't really enhance the meal: a quarter of a waffle broken into pieces and a rather dry cake… One expects something a bit more elaborate for a "café gourmand." In short, it wasn't bad, but I wasn't truly impressed by the experience. A shame.

28/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The dishes were absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. The service was pleasant and attentive, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

21/08/2026: I didn't expect to come to a fast-food restaurant... Even after telling the waiter we wanted to take our time with an aperitif before our main course, everything was served at once... The waiter's response: "I'm alone in the dining room, I have to get everything out or I won't be able to keep up." I came to have a nice family meal (our last restaurant before seeing each other again in a year), but it was a bust... Customer satisfaction seems less important than closing time, and I reluctantly paid for service that didn't live up to my expectations. I'll know better next time! I'll go somewhere else! By the way: I lost my appetite for a good beer with my meal and for dessert to finish off nicely... what a shame. (Especially since once you finish your main course, you have to wait half an hour after the desserts on the children's menu; we had plenty of time...) In short, priorities and customer service need to be reviewed for a positive experience. Best of luck...

27/08/2026: A family meal that was meant to be calm and peaceful was somewhat disrupted by the "boss's" outburst. He spoke rather loudly to his staff, being very directive and authoritarian, and reprimanding them out loud in front of the other customers. Quite a lot of pressure! Not to mention his attire, including sandals. I still remember his toes when he was serving us coffee ;-). The rest of the staff were excellent: discreet, helpful, and attentive. As for the food, nothing to complain about. We were very satisfied as always.

24/08/2026: The galettes and crêpes were delicious and plentiful, I recommend them.

02/08/2026: Good evening, We came this evening. The pizza dough is nothing like it used to be. We are very disappointed. We sincerely believe they should go back to using the old flour. We simply did not enjoy this dough. The staff, however, were very pleasant. No complaints there. Thank you for your understanding and for any feedback you may have. Sincerely

13/02/2026: I eat here at least twice a month and I'm never disappointed! This restaurant is absolutely incredible. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews: come and see for yourself, it's definitely worth the trip. The cocktails are excellent, the food is impeccable, and the staff is truly top-notch: welcoming, friendly, and professional. It may not be the Pacific or the Cruise, but here, simplicity makes all the difference… and that's exactly why I keep coming back. I recommend it 100%! 🔥

31/08/2026: A lovely little family dinner out the night before school started 😊 A huge thank you to Cibel for their friendliness and warm welcome! The service was truly excellent from beginning to end, always with a smile and attentive to our needs. This greatly contributed to making it a wonderful family evening. We will definitely be back! 😊

31/08/2026: 40 minutes just to take our order. We never even saw the welcome salad. The waitress was pleasant but completely clueless. As a result, we cut our meal short, sticking to the main course without ordering an aperitif, coffee, or anything else. I don't recommend it; there are much better options in the shopping area.

28/12/2025: Cold, empty restaurant, tasteless and dry meat. I'll never go back. The meat was very questionable in terms of freshness and hygiene. The fries were brown, probably from oil that had been used multiple times. I absolutely do not recommend it. In fact, the health inspectors should pay it a visit...

18/11/2025: This kebab was terrible, the meat was dry. It's a shame because it used to be okay, but the quality has seriously deteriorated! I absolutely do not recommend it because it has absolutely no flavor… I'm going to a competitor because the meat really needs improvement! Go to L'Olympe instead; for me, it's the best kebab in the Oise region.
