31/03/2024: We couldn't choose a better restaurant for our romantic dinner. The welcome from the boss is sensational. We chose the baby beef to share, everything was perfect: the meat, the cooking, the accompaniments. For dessert, the profiterole is to die for. All washed down with excellent wines!

How is it possible to obtain such soft and juicy meat?
I've eaten a lot of Kobe beef and Sendai beef, which are all organic, antibiotic-free, and of the highest quality, and the quality of this meat at such a low price is astounding.
Nowadays, the very expensive aged Angus beef is popular in Tokyo steakhouses, but if you try the steak here, you will never go to a high-end steakhouse in Tokyo again.
If I had to outdo the steak here, it would be the only champion cow among virgin Tajima beef. Champion beef is expensive at €600 for 150g of fillet.
There is also a gem here not to be missed. It’s BRICK WITH THE EGG. The yolk is melting and delicious.
Another daring dish was the large goose foie gras skewers. The aroma and flavor of foie gras fills your mouth.

And frankly average good. The ribs are too salty. The ratatouille a little bland and slightly acidic, the leeks not cooked enough.
