21/05/2026: Déçu d'habitude nous sommes bien accueillis !!! Mais la en avoir pour 183 euros !!!!! Et accusé nos enfants d'avoir laissé les robinets d'eau ouvert et que ça a inondé alors que les enfants disent que ces pas vrai!!!! Et que ça fait 3 ans qu'on viens et qu'elles ont jamais fait ça donc je vois pas pourquoi elles le feraient aujourd'hui !!! Mais que sous prétexte une personne les accusent en les ayant vu sortir des toilettes mais cela prouve en rien que ce soit elles !!! Nous restons déçu de l'amabilité de l'encaissement du Mr !!!!!

25/07/2026: Very disappointed... the children's menus aren't suitable. I had to order an adult burger for a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old, which meant separate drinks and desserts. The frozen fries weren't great for a restaurant. The fish was very good. However, a tiny baby potato cut in half as a side dish was really meager. We left feeling unsatisfied. We mentioned this to the waiter (who was very nice) but received no response, which is a shame.

24/07/2026: The mussels and fries with Roquefort sauce are good (get them when they're in season), and the Bounty bar is good too. The service is good, and everything else is too. I recommend it.

02/08/2026: A top-notch restaurant! The exterior isn't much to look at, but the place is a real gem. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it!

21/07/2026: The welcome needs improvement; we won't be returning to this restaurant, where we left abruptly without ordering dessert. While our friend did make herself noticed, the looks and comments she received (perhaps from a manager?) were clearly disrespectful. I'm not rating the meal because after that, I just wanted to leave quickly. The waitress, however, was friendly.

09/06/2026: A wonderful discovery near Sainte-Pexine. We were visiting with our Basque friends during the Pentecost weekend.

10/07/2026: Nice setting, decent food, but I find it too expensive. We used to go once a week, but that's over. There are other equally good restaurants that are cheaper.

14/07/2026: I spoke to the owner on the phone; the reception was appalling. She told me there were no more tables available, but when I arrived, not a single one was occupied.

12/07/2026: A wonderful experience at La Boucherie de Challans! There were four of us, and we had a fantastic time from start to finish. The welcome was warm and professional, the restaurant is clean and pleasant, and the service was impeccable. We had a soft drink, main course, and dessert for just under €120. The portions were generous (with unlimited fries), the food was high quality, and the servings were excellent. We highly recommend this place for a great family meal. We'll definitely be back!

16/05/2026: Excellent pizzas with generous toppings. Super friendly staff. Lots of takeaway options in the evening. We opted to eat in and didn't regret it.
