05/04/2026: Don't spill anything and definitely don't use their cloth napkin: some disrespectful old man will come and lecture you. People like that shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers anymore.
That was the last time we came.
04/04/2026: Alsatian restaurant with very good regional dishes. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The two waitresses and the waiter are attentive and pleasant. We had a great time. It was enjoyable and we will definitely return. Thank you.

25/03/2026: I had already been to this restaurant twice before, and it has already had a change of ownership (or two?) four years ago and two years ago respectively. I wasn't particularly disappointed either time; however, for the third time, unfortunately, the meal didn't live up to expectations. The staff was excellent; I had no complaints except that a reservation had been made but apparently forgotten. Furthermore, regarding the "chien chips" dish, the tenders were overcooked (tough meat and the breading was almost burnt). Only one out of the five was acceptable. Some of the vegetables seemed frozen, while others weren't (the broccoli was still frozen). Let's just say that two hours later, I was making two trips to the restroom. A shame.
The restaurant was relatively quiet and not very busy at lunchtime.

07/09/2024: Excellent food and the waitress and waiter were very friendly, always smiling.
05/09/2024: I had a great time in this restaurant and hotel. The cuisine is a real discovery, the dishes are as beautiful as they are good. The servers, with their good humor, helped to create a very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend!
