11/12/2025: Worst McDonald's in Strasbourg. The staff are incredibly unfriendly and always annoyed as soon as you ask for anything. The fries are always cold and consistently worse than at other nearby McDonald's. When you simply ask them not to put something in your burger, they put it in anyway, and if you tell them, they don't care, you just get turned away. And on top of all that, it's always dirty.

10/12/2025: Shocked!!! I ordered potatoes with cheddar cheese, the box was empty, 10 bland pieces of potato – I've never experienced that before! I paid for a Coke with extra tax, and I received watered-down Coke! Considering the price, you're better off going to the corner store!

30/08/2024: bad chips, everything is freezing cold by the time you get the food, 30 min wait for a simple meal and it’s never worth it

26/08/2024: Disappointment, I used my EXPRESS points to get a pouch that I didn't get... Plus one of the waitresses drops a glass of soda, so it happens but at the very least it means saying sorry..
