12/11/2023: Under the guise of changing the menu (not up to date on the restaurant's official website), we are charged for the most expensive pizza (11.90) by removing half of the ingredients on it, because ours no longer exists... "we don't didn't warn you on the phone because it went faster that way. 0 commercial gesture.

30/11/2024: tout était parfait, le lieu, l'accueil sympathique, les mets succulents, le filet de boeuf parfait, bref allez-y ...mais pas trop souvent pour que d'autres puissent en profiter:-)

15/09/2024: Wir waren gestern zum wiederholten Male im 'Caveau du Châtelet' essen und empfehlen diese Restaurant bedingungslos weiter. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht, das Ambiente ist sehr schön, ein Parkplatz fast vor der Tür, Küche und Service ausgezeichnet. Auch wenn vegetarische Gerichte nicht auf der ständig saisonal wechselnden kleinen Karte stehen, wird dem Wunsch des Gastes entsprochen und eben mal fix ein neues Gericht kreiert, so geschehen voriges Jahr beim Ostermenü. Eine Reservierung ist unbedingt empfohlen, am Telefon und im Restaurant spricht man auch vorzüglich Deutsch, wie jeder Franzose freut man sich über ein bonjour, bonsoir, s'il vous plaît und merci.

11/08/2024: Restaurant familial, ouvert essentiellement le midi, avec une proposition autour d'un plat du jour et trois ou quatre suggestions. Clientèle faite de nombreux habitués. Service assuré par une équipe sympathique, à l'écoute et expérimentée. Cuisine faite maison, efficace. On sent la maîtrise, tout en restant dans la cuisine de famille que la clientèle du restaurant attend. Je suis toujours ressorti satisfait de mes déjeuners.

03/05/2024: Diese unscheinbare Lokal meidet mitten in Wissembourg das touristische Getriebe durch seine gewählten Öffnungszeiten.Die wenigen Tische lassen einen Andrang ohnehin nicht zu.Reservieren ist geboten.Das lohnt sich auch,denn das Essen ist ,einfach,raffiniert,vielfältig und verdächtig ausgezeichnet. Mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis lässt sich entspannt genießen.

22/05/2024: Bei einem Tagesausflug in Wissembourg sahen wir am Straßenrand eine Fahne für Thai Street Food. Die Gerichte sahen schmackhaft aus. Also entschlossen wir uns 2 verschiede Gerichte zu probieren. Das Essen war so gut, dass wir uns auf dem Rückweg nach unserer Erkundungstour von Wissembourg noch einmal einen Thai Imbiss teilten.

22/03/2024: Très bonne expérience avec des mets de qualité, un accueil chaleureux et un service au top. Le stand mérite sincèrement de s'y arrêter.
