01/08/2026: We come to this restaurant regularly, especially for its Alsatian specialties. My husband loves the baeckeoffe and the ham hock braised in beer, while I really enjoy the tarte flambée. The drinks are less expensive than in other restaurants. The restaurant's atmosphere is surprising, but I find it cool. The owner and his waitress are very kind. I almost forgot the delicious goat cheese salad. There's a large terrace when it's not raining.

25/04/2026: Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch with a large group. The welcome was exceptionally friendly and professional, the interior modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The food was a true highlight. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant's child-friendliness – both the selection on the menu and the warm, playful manner of the staff. A big thank you to the entire team. We would love to come back again.

04/04/2026: A ☆TOP☆ recommendation from a very good friend 🙏 This was our first time at the mill, and we received outstanding service. The food and wine service are of an exceptionally high standard and truly deserve a Michelin star. The very friendly welcome and the consistently attentive, but never intrusive, service made the entire evening feel effortless. We also experienced truly authentic, first-class Alsatian cuisine, which was absolutely perfect. The portions and the impeccable presentation of the dishes were perfectly balanced. Ms. Benedict's wine recommendations were also excellent; she was always attentive, allowing us to fully enjoy the entire evening. It was our wedding anniversary, which also included our birthday, and we will definitely be returning in the future, even without any special occasions. 15/07/2026: We had the three-course lunch for €25 and were absolutely delighted. The food was a first-class culinary experience that we hadn't expected at such a reasonable price. You can sit outside right by the river, either under a roof or parasols. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

04/07/2026: Having an extra server would prevent a wait of over 20 minutes before our aperitif orders were taken. Otherwise, no complaints about the meal.

16/07/2026: Discovered while searching for a Halal bistro-style restaurant, I find it expensive for what it is. You can find better. I don't recommend it.

15/07/2026: Lovely experience. The steak was perfectly cooked, the presentation was on point and to top it off, the whole menu was halal! The ambiance was nice and it was fully air conditioned which really helped us enjoy the meal in the heatwave. The restaurant opens at 7 pm, however you can be there around 6.45 pm to have a seat and decide on your order.
