27/08/2026: I was looking for accommodation after a concert at the music festivals and found the superb holiday apartment "Le Couvent" above the restaurant "Le Petit Dominicain". Restored with great taste and care in a historic building, it felt very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, everything is color-coordinated, and the furniture is high-quality. The beds are incredibly comfortable. You can tell that the owners wanted to create something truly beautiful here, and they have succeeded admirably. As a guest, you feel welcome and greeted warmly. Fantastic!

16/08/2026: Very nice and fancy, unfortunately the coffee was weak – just a cappuccino with milk and a shot of coffee. I remembered it being better.

31/08/2026: The tarte flambée is baked in a wood-fired oven and tastes wonderful. Despite the restaurant being packed, the staff were extremely friendly. We ate there two days in a row. Good selection of vegetarian dishes.

03/09/2026: I had a delicious tarte flambée for lunch. The sweet one with pear was very tasty :) Dogs are allowed on the terrace.

28/08/2026: A great restaurant that makes its own bacon for its tarte flambée. Excellent service with a courteous owner, a smiling waitress, and reasonable prices! Besides their tarte flambée, their other dishes are also very good! In Wissembourg, it's my favorite restaurant! I go there regularly.

25/04/2026: Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch with a large group. The welcome was exceptionally friendly and professional, the interior modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The food was a true highlight. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant's child-friendliness – both the selection on the menu and the warm, playful manner of the staff. A big thank you to the entire team. We would love to come back again.

04/04/2026: A ☆TOP☆ recommendation from a very good friend 🙏 This was our first time at the mill, and we received outstanding service. The food and wine service are of an exceptionally high standard and truly deserve a Michelin star. The very friendly welcome and the consistently attentive, but never intrusive, service made the entire evening feel effortless. We also experienced truly authentic, first-class Alsatian cuisine, which was absolutely perfect. The portions and the impeccable presentation of the dishes were perfectly balanced. Ms. Benedict's wine recommendations were also excellent; she was always attentive, allowing us to fully enjoy the entire evening. It was our wedding anniversary, which also included our birthday, and we will definitely be returning in the future, even without any special occasions. 07/08/2026: We knew this place before Covid; the beef fillet was between 4.5 and 5 cm. We went there in August, and the fillet was 15 mm thick. It was cooked medium (pink), even though we ordered it rare. The sauce wasn't homemade, and we had heartburn. There's a lack of staff, and it's impossible to satisfy customers under these conditions.

24/08/2026: We enjoyed excellent food with our baby in a peaceful atmosphere, thanks to a very friendly hostess. The menu is small and refined, the ingredients are carefully selected and attractively presented. Even young children are welcome.

03/08/2026: An unusual and sophisticated selection of dishes, the taste and blend of flavors are incredible, and the desserts are just as good! Honestly, I think it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! Bravo! 👌🏽☺️

25/08/2026: Terrible experience — appalling service We had booked a table in advance at this restaurant precisely because we wanted to enjoy a beautiful view. I had even specified by email that we were coming for a special occasion: our wedding trip. Upon arrival, we were told that there were no more tables with a view. I explained that I had indeed booked and received a confirmation. The person simply turned on their heel and went back inside, without any explanation, without offering a solution, and without even coming back to us. We were left at the entrance, completely ignored. No one attended to us, no one came to offer us another table or even explain the situation. After waiting for about five minutes as if we didn't exist, we simply decided to leave. We came with a confirmed reservation and left without eating, without any attention, and above all, with a feeling of utter contempt. For an occasion as important as our wedding trip, we expected at least a decent welcome and a little consideration. An extremely disappointing experience. We will not be returning and I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.

15/07/2026: We had the three-course lunch for €25 and were absolutely delighted. The food was a first-class culinary experience that we hadn't expected at such a reasonable price. You can sit outside right by the river, either under a roof or parasols. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive.
