06/07/2026: I went to Ange bakery this morning to buy a Caesar salad. The price: €8.90 for a simple salad, with no drink, no dessert, not even a piece of bread. I initially thought the lack of bread was simply an oversight, both on the part of the cashier and myself, so I didn't think much of it. However, once I opened the salad, it was a completely different story. I found completely wilted lettuce leaves, the kind I wouldn't even give to my tortoises, barely edible pieces of tomato, and croutons that looked more like stale sliced ​​bread than actual croutons. Frankly, it's a disgrace. I called the store simply to express my dissatisfaction, but one thing is certain: I will never set foot in there again. Not long ago, Ange offered good products, excellent value for money, and satisfactory service. Today, the quality has clearly declined. I wouldn't be surprised to see this establishment close if this level of quality continues. The most shocking thing is the labeling: this salad was marked as edible until July 7th, the day after I bought it. For me, a salad is a product that should be prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. If it's not going to sell, there are solutions like Too Good To Go to limit waste, or failing that, it's better to remove it from sale rather than serve this kind of product to customers. Oh yes, there's no need to tell us that you're going to take the necessary steps and pass the information on to your teams. I would like to remind you that this problem of spoiled salads is not new, and it unfortunately seems that your services haven't learned from these repeated incidents. Unacceptable!!!

03/07/2026: As a regular customer, I'm very disappointed this time. I regularly buy my bread and pastries from you and am usually satisfied. However, the paninis I bought today were clearly left in the machine for far too long: they were burnt over a large part of their surface, with a very strong burnt taste. Considering the price, I find this truly regrettable. Unfortunately, they were inedible and went straight in the bin. A simple check before serving them would have prevented this waste. I hope this is an isolated incident, but I'm very disappointed.

It was stated that the surprise basket contained pastries, but she told me, "I can't give you any, so I'll save it for tomorrow morning." I had specifically ordered a surprise basket for my Sunday morning breakfast, and my second order was for a snack basket, so I received pizzas instead of the advertised pastries or the expected contents. It's truly misleading and very disappointing. I expected a minimum of professionalism and respect for the order. Given this bad experience, I do not recommend this establishment. Since I work nearby, I would advise customers to avoid it…

02/04/2026: Very disappointed with the service last night… I paid for my round with prices that didn't match the menu, so I asked the waiter if it was up to date. He curtly replied, "Yes, it's not up to date, so what? I have the tapas prices on it, so I'm not going to change it." I then pointed out that he'd charged me for an extra beer, and he assured me he hadn't, in a threatening tone… After a few exchanges, he finally realized his mistake and gave me a bill (not enough to cover the error)… Furthermore, the beers weren't even filled to the top of the glass. This kind of service is truly unacceptable in its handling and, above all, illegal to charge prices that aren't those listed on the menu… This place should be banned…

29/06/2026: It's a shame, we came to have a good time, but the wait and the service were terrible. There was a lot of tension among the customers in the outdoor patio because we weren't the only ones experiencing this lack of organization! We reported the problem at checkout! The response: "Staff shortage." We arrived at 7:45 pm and left at 10 pm! We ordered dinner and dessert for two adults and a child, but waited 45 minutes for the first course, and on top of that, the prices were exorbitant.

We didn't even receive a gesture of goodwill from management. And they berated us because we dared to order chocolate ice cream for our little girl without going through our lovely waitress.
