03/09/2024: A brasserie with a beautiful terrace on the pretty course in Istres We had lunch there until late, the welcome from all the staff was pleasant. Unpretentious but decent food The meat, especially the flank steak, is of good quality. A nice place

25/08/2024: We went to this restaurant on Saturday August 10 at noon, it was a wonderful time, everything was excellent, little extras for aperitif treats and a very friendly waitress. We will be happy to come back if we come back to your area....

14/09/2024: Un cadre western et country (une des tables est par exemple installée sur une charrette installée dans la salle, Sitting Bull surplombe les lieux), une cuisine bien sûr aux accents américains, un service au top, professionnel et bienveillant. Une carte de burgers généreuse, complétée par des assiettes californiennes, texanes... des viandes, des salades, une carte des desserts copieuse (les profiteroles sont tout simplement énormes !). A noter qu'on est arrivés par hasard, en voyant l'enseigne depuis la route, 15 minutes avant la fermeture de la cuisine et que nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et gentillesse là où d'autres nous auraient éconduits. Une chose est sûre, même si c'est à plus d'une heure de trajet de chez nous, on y reviendra !

31/08/2024: A beautiful place, affordable prices (menus are offered). A little wait between each service of starter, main course, dessert and as it was hot it seemed long :( Hearty dishes that are worth the price! (a little disappointed because there was no more camembert, ham and crème brulée and we were not warned before choosing) Even if there were nerves in the pieces of beef, the cook is unfortunately not into the meat! We came out of there with full bellies.

19/08/2024: It's the second time I've stopped in Istres on my way back home from my vacation. We liked it so much the previous time that we were very excited to repeat it, it did not disappoint us. The quality and good looking pastry. Furthermore, the clerk knew English and recommended an offer of chouquettes that we wouldn't have ordered at first and we loved them. We will return

13/07/2024: I only give 2 stars because every time I come to buy bread; There is only bread with white flour. Which made me go to another bakery which offers all kinds of different breads. It's a shame!

28/12/2024: Customer for several years at Bella pizza (and very good customer in fact because the notes are salty) we were satisfied with the quality of the pizzas!!!!! Except for a while now with each delivery the pizzas are dry on the 6 white pizzas that we order there is always a red one without counting the cooking which is perfectly cooked each time!!!!!! So this time I got fed up and so I called them I explain to the young man who takes calls (THE ORDER TAKING) that when I called him to place my order I insisted 3 times that all the pizzas are white and not overcooked. I explain to him that if I insist heavily on this because often upon delivery none of my requests are respected Here is my order for tonight -2 white carnivores 1 white royal 1 white supreme 1. 4 white cheese ALL NOT TOO COOKED He tells me that they will do their best A response like that already scares me!!! I justify myself by explaining to him again that this has happened 8 times and each time I tell them it doesn't matter I know what the rush of a service knows I have been a chef for 26 years now The best answer he gives me with a slightly personable air is: It's normal Mr because you told me a white royal and in our country the white royal is called a queen and I should have told her a queen rather than a white royal 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO ME I answer him that in my opinion it will be necessary to employ competent personnel on the one hand in front of the oven I wonder if for him the phrase NOT TOO COOKED is the step just before charred?!?!?! Yes, I say CUSTOMER EXPECTATION It's the B to BA of catering and not only that, it concerns all trades. So ladies and gentlemen bosses after having built such a beautiful empire and giving such a good reputation to your pizzas, don't ruin everything because you have incompetent staff. It seems to me that in this case two solutions are available to you: either you spend a little more time in your pizzeria and then things will go very well or you fire the incompetent staff, so what I mean is broom and you double meaning r the salary to the good pizza maker because he richly deserves it and it is perhaps thanks to him that you will have customers who will return. So I know what you are going to answer me that you have complete trust between your teams your delivery people OK.......... I myself have always defended my teams even if they were wrong by against behind the scenes I pulled their ears and you should do the same PS: dear Istrian friends, you who are a customer of Bella pizza or who will become one, I advise you when you want a white royal to tell them a queen because otherwise the white Royal will give you a white royal on a tomato base

03/12/2024: I ordered an Armenian pizza, no connection, it doesn't follow the real recipe. The meatballs are not 100% beef. Short Armenian grated cheese to avoid. Real recipe for minced meat or 100% beef grene without shredding
