11/07/2026: I have to give it 1 star because they don't serve tap water; it's illegal here, you know.
The panisses were at least two days old. The service wasn't very friendly, and you could tell the staff didn't enjoy their jobs, except for the DJ.
08/07/2026: Magical location and view by the sea. Worth the trip for that alone...but the restaurant owner makes you pay for it and only charges (a lot) for that because what's on the plate is worthy of a bad canteen, both in terms of the quality of the products, the cooking and the portions.

27/06/2026: We ordered a strawberry cake from this bakery for the second time for our birthdays, my brother's and my mom's. It was really good, well-balanced, and family-friendly, with a generous amount of fresh strawberries. I highly recommend it!

22/06/2026: The Quai du 7ème offers a magnificent setting overlooking the Old Port, but the experience ends there. The cuisine is very disappointing, with generic dishes and mediocre execution. Furthermore, you must be prepared to wait patiently for extremely slow service. A real letdown compared to the initial promise. As for the rating, it's barely a 3-star restaurant.
16/05/2026: A superb discovery. Excellent meal in a very pleasant setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Port. All the staff were very welcoming. The chef even came to greet us. We will gladly return.

12/10/2025: It's a shame that this legendary place has closed.
19/09/2025: A unique experience at L’Épuisette. Not being a fan of fine dining, I was a little worried I wouldn't leave feeling full, given the generous portions. But that's not what you come here for, and I was amazed by the flavors I discovered. The dishes are elaborate, very refined, and with the succession of courses, you leave with a very full stomach.
I had requested a good table, and my request was honored, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
A wonderful memory.

12/10/2024: Very good atmosphere, pleasant and responsive servers, excellent cuisine, exceptional concerts on a weekday evening... a really great bar in the old port to spend unforgettable evenings.

26/05/2024: Despite the goodwill of the young people at the service, the quality/price ratio is very unbalanced. A plate of asparagus with a summary presentation and no visual or taste interest. A less than warm sea bass fillet and more than approximate cooking. All accompanied by an ordinary porquerolle rosé for an addition of…….140€ for 2! Now it's up to you to form your opinion.

12/09/2024: Great gem of a find in a tucked away pocket of Marseille. You may have no other reason to visit this part of town but Abaco alone was worth it! We spoke to the chef who checked in with us multiple times as he and his mother looked after us for a lunch. And the bouillabaisse is worth it, and a great price compared to larger institutions!
24/08/2024: Real Marseille bouillabaisse. For once it’s authentic! Fresh and very well prepared fish. Managed by very friendly people from Marseille. Don't hesitate, it's a change from tourist traps...
