17/03/2024: I brought my family for a dinner at La Rotonde restaurant and it became the worst experience we have ever had in a fine dining restaurant.
And this is all because of the manager of the restaurant. First of all I would like to say other than him, all other staffs were excellent and provided mostly impeccable service. However the guy in the grey suit whom I presume is the manager, he forgot he is in the service line. The entire night he treated us like second class citizens who are undeserving of his attention. He would glare at us, roll eyes at us and treated us with contempt. When we called for him when he walked pass as we wanted to order drinks, he would blatantly ignore us. The only time he came to the table is to serve us bread and he THREW the bread basket on the table. When I called for the bill, he ignored me once again and just walked past infront of me even when I had my hand raised and said “sorry, excuse me”.
After paying, when I went to collect my coat, he was the only one standing at the coat station. When he saw me coming, he pretended to look down and be busy. Pretended not to hear or notice me so I walked to the coat rack and got my own coat.
He didn’t say a word or acknowledge me when I baded him goodbye when leaving with my family.
This is the most horrendous experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I don’t think we deserve this kind of treatment just because we are Asians.

Without hesitation I recommend this restaurant.
22/05/2024: While passing through Cap 3000 we opted for this restaurant.
Very nice home.
We take grilled octopus and grated potatoes, it’s very good.
I am asked for a dessert, the waitress makes me choose from a plate, and I take a chocolate eclair.
We pay and then surprise... the eclair is billed at €11.
Let me tell you, I had a hard time digesting it. Already the 1 liter bottle at €7.40 I found a bit exaggerated.
Or 2 place settings for 78.90 for 2 dishes, a dessert, 1 badoit, 1 coffee.
We won't come back.

29/12/2023: Top-notch Portuguese restaurant. We had the impression of finding ourselves in Portugal. The only downside was no more bacalhau because it was a big day the day before and no time to desalinate. This allowed us to taste other specialties. In short, everything is good. Perfect sauces. Service and smile at the appointment. Muralhas green wine very good 15 euros per bottle. Super gourmet coffee 8 euros. Difficult to park in the area too bad, but it's worth it. I strongly recommend.

04/06/2024: A professional stay, very very satisfying. The welcome from the moment the customer is picked up is truly excellent and attentive, until departure. Personally I give a 5/5 to the reception, concierge and breakfast team which really gives you the feeling of being expected. The hotel is very beautiful, its view magnificent. The cuisine is just right and delicious whether you are at the gastro or the beach restaurant. The pastries are delicious and perfectly mastered, a real pleasure for the taste buds.
An improvement in the rooms could actually be + equipment, + maintenance or + cleaning.
The management of additional staff.. Swimming pool and beach restaurant is slightly different from the hotel part.. but we all know that recruiting and managing staff currently is a real headache..
However, let's remain positive, this establishment is and remains a must, very well maintained!
