28/03/2024: Very beautiful setting! It’s a shame that the quality of the cuisine is lost and that we have the impression of disturbing the waiters! A little extra for the young guy at the bar who spoke to us as if we were long-time acquaintances!

29/08/2023: "Le Flory" has a quiet and central location in Colmar. We were here for dinner and ordered a typical meat platter alongside wine and salad. Salad was okay but the meat platter only looked good visually. The taste could have been made much better. The meat was almost flavorless.
The waitress seated us extremely cleverly between the many tables in the small restaurant. There would only have been 2 stars for (our) food alone.
