05/04/2024: Food was OK. The tarte flambée and meat were good. Unfortunately, fries and the “Kässpätzle” weren’t as good. The restaurant is beautifully located on the canal, but we had a table quite far inside. Vegetarian options were sparse. There was no such thing as vegan.
05/04/2024: A really pretty place and the cuisine is amazing. I was able to reconcile myself with the tarte flambée, they have vegetarian options!

29/08/2023: "Le Flory" has a quiet and central location in Colmar. We were here for dinner and ordered a typical meat platter alongside wine and salad. Salad was okay but the meat platter only looked good visually. The taste could have been made much better. The meat was almost flavorless.
The waitress seated us extremely cleverly between the many tables in the small restaurant. There would only have been 2 stars for (our) food alone.
