30/04/2026: I thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal. However, I was disappointed that, while the main course (like everything else) was so well prepared, there wasn't another main course on the daily menu besides slow-cooked meat, often accompanied by carrots. I enjoyed it all very much, but I would have liked to try another meat, vegetable, and/or fish dish – but congratulations on the taste, presentation, and service.
23/04/2026: Without a doubt, the best gastronomic experience in the Mulhouse/Three Borders area in every respect. We recommend this place to our friends and family, and all the feedback is the same as ours. Looking forward to seeing you again.

13/03/2026: After a long break from the new inn 😔, it's still just as good. The homemade foie gras was excellent. The main course was superb (three choice cuts of lamb) and the orange dessert was refreshing, a perfect balance of bitterness and freshness. The wine pairings were perfect. I highly recommend it.
23/02/2026: We have a wonderful time every time we return, from the warm welcome to the after-dinner drink; everything is impeccable.
The dishes are visually stunning, and the flavors are incredibly precise. You can feel the chef's passion in the kitchen and the professionalism in the dining room.
A rare find where you feel comfortable and pampered.

25/04/2026: We were delighted to return to this restaurant, which offers both Alsatian and innovative cuisine.
Original amuse-bouches of foie gras and smoked salmon whetted our appetites. This was followed by vol-au-vents with snails and wild mushrooms.
And what can we say about the duck breasts topped with blueberry sauce?
The service was friendly, quick, and efficient.
25/04/2026: Excellent restaurant. Delicious, homemade dishes, a blend of tradition and modernity. The service is warm and the dining room is pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Mimosa eggs, veal osso buco with sides and strawberry dessert, aperitif, wine (Pic Saint-Loup) and coffee, all for €135 for four people. Beautiful decor, calm atmosphere, impeccable service, and excellent cuisine.

23/03/2026: The food is certainly good, but absolutely unsuitable for people with allergies. I repeatedly pointed out that I have celiac disease and cannot consume gluten. The reaction was rather irritated, and the gluten-free bread was served in a basket with the other breads. In a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect the chef to be knowledgeable about allergies and cross-contamination. I obviously gave up the bread, but I still experienced significant symptoms, which means there was still gluten in the meal. This is unacceptable to me. The service is adequate, but there's room for improvement in terms of friendliness.

12/09/2024: Très déçus de jour en jour par le service et la qualité des plats de ce restaurant. On décide à notre place du dessert prétextant que ce qui a été choisi n était
plus disponible. Et ce des le 1er soir. Le lendemain,attente de 30 minutes pour nous servir 2 simples verres de crémant,dessert modifié alors que servi à une autre table et ce remplacé à chaque fois par 3 boucles de glace râpées dans un bol!
Le 3 ème soir, nous avons terminé le plat principal vers 23h alors que nous étions à table dès 20 h. Nous avons bien sûr décliné le dessert si tant est qu on nous en aurait encore proposé un!
Le personnel de salle s est confondu en excuses mais le problème doit se trouver ailleurs. Dommage je déconseille à cause de ce service plus que déplorable.
28/08/2024: Tres bon restaurant avec une formule du marché intéressante , dommage tartare avait pas mal de nerfs qui rendait le plat désagréable.

Shameful service! If you don't like your job, think about retraining!!! We have the impression that the sooner we left, the better off the waitresses were. During the meal we wanted some wine but given the lack of participation and attention from the incapable waitresses we had time to get rid of it (1/ Only 3 could be eaten out of the totality of 2 literally inedible dishes) A pasty calzone like chewing gum and we don't talk about its filling or even less about the burata (even in supermarkets it is not as powdery and bad)🙄. The Milanese escalope which has probably been hanging around for a while, not to mention the pasta and a bland sauce like I've never seen before. We are going to pay not even an ounce of interest wondering if it was or other NOTHING!!!! However, the setting is magnificent and the boss adorable. Fortunately his intervention at the time of our departure took place. Attentive, kind and humorous boss. As a restaurant executive I would be ashamed to have such service and cuisine like that (I wonder what they eat during the staff meal before service) What a shame for his boss who honestly deserves everyone to ride on roulettes given his location and his person himself but his team does not give him any credit.
Ps: the 3 stars are only for the support of this poor boss who deserves it for himself.
