06/04/2024: we spent a very nice evening in your establishment. The service, both close and professional, is at the service of what we call great cuisine. I appreciated the combinations of tastes, textures and flavors, complex without being complicated. An experience that we will of course repeat.

05/04/2024: We have heard a lot about your restaurant and finally we had the opportunity to taste it. Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the setting, the service and of course the cuisine. Authentic pairings and flavors with that grain of madness and originality that makes the difference. We really had a wonderful time and appreciated it even more since all three of us come from the restaurant industry. Well done and thank you to the whole team and see you soon.

01/04/2024: It was good, but nothing more. For a star, I expected better. Nothing really surprising in terms of dishes, very classic. And the menu was disproportionate: as many sweet dishes as savory dishes on this Easter day. A plus for working with local products all the same. On the service side it took too long to complete. We spent 4 hours at the table for the shortest menu and the wait between 2 courses was too long. The young waiters do not exude passion for the profession, too shy or not motivated I don't know, and are very hesitant and sketchy about the presentation of the dishes. The young sommelier was pleasant and seemed to know her subject.

31/03/2024: Adeptes du steak frites salades ou de la carte-catalogue passez votre chemin. Ici l’audace tient lieu de choix à entrées multiples, la variété est dans l’assiette pas sur le papier et l’originalité reste l’écrasant privilège de la cuisine ; mariage de la fraise et de l’huile d’olive, étendard du parfum de cannelle ondulant entre les tables avant d’arriver à un port qui n’a jamais aussi bien mérité le qualificatif de bon. Les ingrédients sont du jour et les saisons imposent leur douce tyrannie. J’en connais qui se réveillent en pleine nuit pour évoquer la larme à l’œil les fleurs de courgette farcies au homard. Ne pas pousser la porte de cette maison au moins une fois dans sa vie c’est louper l’un de ces arcs-en-ciel flamboyants qui vous subliment l’existence.

16/02/2024: The good points: the staff were polite and the hotel was generally clean The bad points: The hotel was mid-renovation which was not made clear at booking. Only after I had paid (non-refundable) I got an email saying they restaurant and leisure facilities were closed. When I arrived there was bare concrete on the floor and confusing signage to the rooms (the signs were on the floor and not pointing the right way for the room numbers!) Apart from that, the whole hotel was very hot. I had to open my window in the room but the cleaner always closed it so it was hot again when I got back. It was uncomfortable for sleeping and the air-con was both ineffiecient and VERY noisy. The room was very noisy - not that you could hear guests but there was near constant gurgling and plumbing noises from various other rooms. It woke me in the night several times. There was no voile at the window so if you wanted natural light there was no privacy. The room was very dark. There was a desk lamp and a wall lamp, no main light so I struggled to work in there. Overall I was not impressed and would not book again.

We spent an excellent evening in a magnificent setting, a succulent meal from start to finish, a real treat, thanks to the chef for this discovery of finesse and taste, the generosity of these dishes, but also the pleasure for the eyes, and above all his talent !!!! Thanks also to the waiters who were great and attentive, smiling, pleasant, impeccable service. A perfect evening.

07/03/2024: I don't really have anything to say about the meal, it was good, nothing more, for a meal in a semi-gourmet restaurant, there was just the starter which was elaborate, otherwise much too expensive for the rest and the service was nothing more..... perhaps he should have been dressed in a suit.

23/03/2024: By far one of the best restaurants we've been to. Everything is impeccable, from the welcome to the service including of course the quality of the dishes. Thank you very much for being able to adapt dishes taking into account fairly restrictive dietary constraints and despite this presenting magnificent, crafted plates that are truly delicious. A truly perfect evening.

04/04/2024: Very tasty food (which was to be expected). Service very polite and attentive. Just two downers: We found it a bit fresh, and the background music was a bit intrusive at times.

29/03/2024: We had a great evening with our granddaughter as a family. The cuisine is quality, traditional French. The sommelier makes good choices and pairings. The prices are a little high but the service is quality and attentive.
