27/12/2025: A very welcoming place. We called at short notice and they made a reservation for us. The food was excellent and the service was phenomenal. The chef was very friendly and welcoming. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back.

25/01/2026: Traditional food. The menu includes a few appetizers, main courses, and three specialties: pig's trotters, cow's head, and tripe.
I recommend ordering the tasting menu to savor the traditional dishes.
Great place. Highly recommended. Enjoy it. It's hard to find places like this.
10/01/2026: Simple and well-executed menu. Quality ingredients and excellent cuisine. I highly recommend the "sow ham platter, it's to die for, and the tasting platter is equally amazing." We'll be back.

Excellent bread, unlike the "professionals" of this type of food.
Ground duck breast with pan-fried foie gras and melted French cheese.
A true French burger.

03/02/2026: Passing through Mont-de-Marsan, I stopped at the Hôtel des Pyrénées. It was a pleasant surprise: a warm, welcoming reception and genuine hospitality. You immediately feel welcome.
01/02/2026: A very good meal. The portions might be a little small for a big eater, but the taste is there!

16/09/2025: We ate there yesterday for lunch, we had a great time!! It was very good from starter to dessert, nothing to complain about. The plates are generous, my husband had the beef, the meat was tender and delicious, and I had the Basque chicken, so good!! The staff is friendly, and the young waitress who looked after us did a good job, she is very conscientious and very pleasant. We were served at the same time, and we weren't rushed, everything was good even the price was right. Go there, you won't regret it!!
11/09/2025: Tasty food, fast service. There is a set menu for 14.50 euros, or you can order the main dish of the day separately - we had duck and French fries. Very tasty. We were satisfied
