24/05/2026: A cozy little place, found on Google, tucked away in a quiet corner. But the food was amazing! From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent. So much flavor and imagination: fish with asparagus, a terrine with hazelnuts, beef and veal that were incredibly tender and melt-in-your-mouth, and a dessert that lived up to the high standards. A smiling, friendly, and attentive waitress—treat yourself! The menu price wasn't excessive, and the food was delicious. Thank you for this excellent meal.

17/06/2026: We had lunch at this "brasserie" with colleagues, knowing our headquarters are next door. It's usually not great, but this time you really outdid yourselves. €14.90 for a plate consisting of two forks of green salad, two forks of carrot salad, two tiny slices of ham, and two turkey or chicken roulades. Oh yes, and your roast potatoes, which couldn't even have been half a potato. When we pointed this out to the owner, the only response was contempt, disrespect, and inappropriate remarks. Oh yes, and he justified it by saying he wasn't being compensated for the water damage. The service was appalling, just like your daily special. Keep it up, and this arrogant man will be shut down and forced to retire. Avoid at all costs; there are much better places in Metz. Today he lost a significant number of customers, especially since our headquarters are nearby. Don't worry, we'll be sure to spread the word about you. Disregarding customers and customer reviews shouldn't even exist in the food industry.

17/06/2026: A daily special for 15 euros consisting of a bit of salad, some potatoes, a little cold cuts, an unfriendly waitress, and an owner with questionable humor – an establishment to avoid.

08/06/2026: We came to eat with friends for a birthday. Between a hair in one of our dishes and a burnt, totally inedible pizza, it was a bit of a letdown (they remade it, but we still had to wait ages while everyone else was almost finished...). It was cold anyway, so we had no choice but to eat. There was no compensation for this, no apology, just a waiter telling me, "Here's your dish now with twice as many hairs!" Luckily, the waitresses were able to spot it, lol! Otherwise, the atmosphere was great, even though we should have been in the smaller room next door as originally planned!
