11/06/2024: We have been coming to Selcius Brunch on Sundays for several years and we have never been disappointed (quality of products, magnificent terrace and quality of the buffet). Until our visit on Sunday for my sister's birthday. Upon arrival, the hostess (blonde glasses) was extremely unpleasant, they did not warn us when booking that the terrace would be closed, so we found ourselves on the second floor with two elderly people, therefore having to take the elevator to access the buffet. When we ask to change tables, explaining that we were not notified, they send us away, telling us that they will notify us as soon as a table of 5 becomes available. 30 minutes later we went down and what was our surprise to see that many tables were free but no one warned us. Fortunately Reza came and seated us at another table and took charge of things. I won't mention the quality of the buffet during our visit: no pain au chocolat when I ask a waiter he tells me that there are croissants and Nutella that I can make with that 😂 I'm giving 3 stars just because Reza was able to make up for this catastrophic Brunch. In any case, thank you very much to Reza but not at all to the others.

10/06/2024: Go your way: This falsely chic establishment does not have the level it seems to display. The strong point: the well-decorated terrace where it is pleasant to have a drink. The weak point: customer reception, service. Great lack of communication and professionalism in the team. For the price and the reservation with bank imprint, I expected much better. No welcome when we arrived, a lot of waiting during service while the terrace was almost empty, several people served us and got the wrong table, a lot of confusion. A lot of waiting to pay, we were left waiting for too long in front of the terminal and as a bonus the server made a mistake in the payment. In short, an establishment which rests on its achievements and which seems to have a lot of ambition without necessarily giving itself the means to do better.

31/03/2024: We came to eat the day after the evening for a stag do, we were very well received! The waiter was great and he even paid for his doliprane 👍 The burgers were excellent even if the cooking was not necessarily as requested I still recommend this establishment!

08/05/2024: J'ai voulu faire découvrir cette adresse mythique à la famille à l'occasion de leur visite Lyonnaise. Le service est inexistant : prise de commande, livraison et ramassage !!! La gratinée d'oignons est insipide, salade César quelleconque ! Un plat chaud servi tiède, une cuisson de viande non conforme à la demande. Difficile de trouver un seul point positif au cours de ce déjeuner. La fréquentation de ce lieu est telle que quelques clients insatisfaits ne changeront pas grande chose probablement pour la réputation de ce lieu. Quant à moi, il est certain que c'était la DER. Dommage pour un lieu soi disant mythique. J'allais oublier seule l'addition était à la hauteur !

05/05/2024: Contrairement à certains avis, je n'ai pas ressenti de précipitation ou le sentiment d'être pressé. Au contraire, nous avons pu prendre notre temps même pour régler l'addition. Les plats étaient bons et généreusement servis. Je dois dire que je ne suis pas d'accord avec les critiques sur la qualité - après tout, ce n'est pas un restaurant gastronomique mais une brasserie, et dans cette catégorie, la qualité était tout à fait satisfaisante. Cependant, je trouve que le prix du pâté en croûte était un peu élevé et aurait mérité d’être accompagné d’une petite salade de même que pour le saucisson pistaché qui aurait pu avoir quelques tranches supplémentaires. Mais malgré cela, l'ambiance, le service et l'ensemble de l'expérience étaient excellents. Je recommande vivement cette brasserie pour une sortie conviviale et originale. Mention spéciale pour l’omelette Norvégienne!

19/03/2024: I went individually and I remain in the same position as a few years ago the setting is wonderful the place too but for me the service is important and I even find that it is far from being at the top lacking smiles and that most of the group said the meal was shared the divine petit fours but for all it was fair as for the accompaniment it was very difficult to define the tastes and the dessert very good but unequal shares l great entertainment and of course the very festive class

20/02/2024: Great weekend! Hotel well located at the motorway exit (practical) and very well soundproofed (no noise from the outside and no noise inside) which allows for a good rest. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, both excellent. The team is very friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Looking forward to coming back this summer to enjoy the terrace, the swimming pool and the pétanque court. Apparently the hotel was taken over recently. Well done ! Many thanks for this excellent stay and very nice continuation.

03/02/2024: Very very good Superb welcome, great availability of all the staff for the customer, good food, nice bar. I have not tried the rooms but I recommend this place without reservation if you want a business meal, a family meal or a very discreet meal.

23/01/2024: Beef fillet very good I recommend however the garnish is disappointing.too bad. Truffle risotto is actually just a pan of shells with cream flavored with low-end truffle oil. A quick note for the cook: it's not complicated to put a real poached egg on the Caesar salad rather than putting a molded egg in a tray.

12/01/2024: Very good, pleasant, friendly place where we can have space between the tables which is quite comfortable The dish was delicious and the galette des rois too! I'm going back there very soon!
