08/03/2026: Okay, but nothing special. Varied menu with burgers, ribeye steak, pasta, fish… but mediocre food quality. Industrial pasta, poor-quality raclette and fondue. Prices are reasonable. Profiteroles served in astronomical quantities! New dining room with cheap lighting.

I came for a friend's birthday and we had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic, the flank steak was delicious. I highly recommend it.
I want to thank Esteban for the service; he made the evening even better. Thank you again!
If you're ever in Les Menuires, I highly recommend it.

18/03/2026: This is a truly lovely hotel where genuine service still matters—something increasingly rare in many hotels and restaurants, especially in the French Alps these days.
The staff are warm, welcoming, and strike the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. The overall design is charming and effortlessly lifestyle-oriented: family-friendly, relaxed, and refreshingly fuss-free.
The breakfast and dinner buffets are exceptional—varied, abundant, and clearly focused on quality. After a day on the slopes, the spa becomes the real highlight: the outdoor jacuzzi, surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views, is pure bliss.
My wife and I loved every single moment of our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
Highly recommended.

It's a shame the ski-in/ski-out access requires walking 100 meters on asphalt.

26/02/2026: Incredible singers and very friendly waiters.
It's a shame the same can't be said for the supposed owner (who didn't introduce herself) who asked us to leave before we'd even finished our drinks because, and I quote, "we pay the musicians, you have to order." I should mention that there were five of us and we all ordered drinks.
Really unpleasant, it ruined our experience.
26/02/2026: Tonight, at the live music with a fabulous singing duo, we had a fantastic dance atmosphere!
It's a shame that a woman who didn't introduce herself (I assume the manager) came and asked us to leave if we didn't "buy a drink," claiming she was "paying the musicians," even though we had all ordered drinks and two of us hadn't even finished them...

26/03/2026: Very expensive compared to other restaurants, a long wait for a burnt pizza. Very disappointing.
25/03/2026: We had a reservation for 6 people. Because it was very cold and windy, we asked if we could be moved inside. We were told that it was fully booked. However, when we went inside, we noticed there were at least 6 empty tables. Even when we left, those tables were still empty and not reserved.
Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
