08/03/2026: Okay, but nothing special. Varied menu with burgers, ribeye steak, pasta, fish… but mediocre food quality. Industrial pasta, poor-quality raclette and fondue. Prices are reasonable. Profiteroles served in astronomical quantities! New dining room with cheap lighting.

I came for a friend's birthday and we had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic, the flank steak was delicious. I highly recommend it.
I want to thank Esteban for the service; he made the evening even better. Thank you again!
If you're ever in Les Menuires, I highly recommend it.

26/02/2026: Tonight, at the live music with a fabulous singing duo, we had a fantastic dance atmosphere!
It's a shame that a woman who didn't introduce herself (I assume the manager) came and asked us to leave if we didn't "buy a drink," claiming she was "paying the musicians," even though we had all ordered drinks and two of us hadn't even finished them...
26/02/2026: Incredible singers and very friendly waiters.
It's a shame the same can't be said for the supposed owner (who didn't introduce herself) who asked us to leave before we'd even finished our drinks because, and I quote, "we pay the musicians, you have to order." I should mention that there were five of us and we all ordered drinks.
Really unpleasant, it ruined our experience.

22/02/2026: It took three tries to get the lasagna hot!
They ask for a tip on the card reader before you're served, even though it's self-service 😂
Very, very expensive. The altitude and being on the slopes don't justify everything. Absolutely no customer service. Worst restaurant of the week.

The very quiet establishment perfectly lives up to its 4-star rating.
Minor imperfections could be resolved if management simply took the time to test their own services:
For example: Having breakfast and other meals only to realize that the food wasn't hot enough. Another example: Spending a night or two in a few rooms to correct the placement of some equipment.
It must be said that the housekeeping staff do a remarkable job.
This is just my personal opinion. Thank you so much for this wonderful holiday.
