You can go there without hesitation, but not completely, because the decor is also what makes this place so enjoyable.

23/02/2026: We had a very pleasant lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea in February, until a downpour forced us to quickly move inside for dessert. The team handled this sudden change of venue very well.
The main courses were very good, but the dessert menu lacked variety, being rather light with no cream and mostly fruit. We still recommend it!

01/01/2026: 1. January 2026 | Wir hatten einen kleinen Hunger und creolisch cannten wir aus New Orleans - war sehr lecker. Yesterday you have a small card, you will have to eat Foie Gras and the Main Filet of StPierre, you can also eat it.
Wir de sehr freundlich bedient, es gab zum Espresso eine kleine selbstgemachte Praline und, selbst ich, die keinen Espresso getrunken habe, bekam eine Praline, dazu noch leckeren selbst angelesetzten Rum, perfekt.
This is exceptional, we thank you again most sincerely for this wonderful start to 2026.

January 1, 2026 | We were feeling a bit peckish and were already familiar with New Orleans Creole cuisine – it was delicious. The menu was limited that day, so we ordered foie gras as an appetizer and John Dory fillet as a main course, both delicious dishes.
The welcome was very warm, a small homemade chocolate accompanied our espresso, and even I, who hadn't ordered espresso, received a chocolate, as well as a delicious homemade rum – perfect.
This is exceptional, and we want to thank you again for this wonderful start to 2026.

06/01/2026: It was simply fantastic. Very friendly and attentive service. Wonderful, delicious mussels. We (a family with two children) sat outside and enjoyed the glorious December sunshine. To finish, a cappuccino gourmande – sensational! Because we enjoyed it so much, we visited the restaurant again on New Year's Day and, despite it being fully booked, managed to get a table.

22/09/2025: Excellent time spent under the pine trees. Very local atmosphere. Impeccable service despite the number of customers outside for a waitress (always smiling). Hearty dishes, well presented, local and tasty cuisine. The gourmet coffee is exceptional. I can't wait to come back.

14/08/2024: Repas rapide avant spectacle au festival du château. Nourriture simple assiettes sobres et prix correct. Accueil agréable.
26/07/2024: Une salade italienne avec de la vieille salade restée dans un sachet et à laquelle on n a même pas enlevé les bouts ",marron" et pas en grande quantité 2 petits bouts de jambon qui ne font même pas une tranche quelques morceaux de mozzarella et de parmesan accompagné d un morceau de gressin. 14.5 euros je trouve cela très abusé. Il ne restait presque rien des desserts affiches à la carte et et serveuses pressées et pas très à l écoute. Concert de slimane au château donc beaucoup de monde mais on avait réservée dans ce cas là le restaurant devrait prevoir peut etre ... Et pour couronner me tout toilettes qu on ne peut pas utiliser

29/09/2025: Very pleasant and spacious rooms and bathroom. The small fridge is a real plus. We were very well received. The dinner and breakfast that the host prepared for us were delicious. He dined with us and told us about his life.
29/07/2025: Hello, this gîte is accessible via a hellish spiral staircase, making it difficult to carry luggage. Once you reach the top, going back and forth is truly exhausting. The apartments offer very basic amenities and lack any charm; I must admit I don't understand some of the reviews.
I chose to change accommodations, abandoning the refund that the manager refused.
