17/07/2024: At most acceptable. Dishes not hot enough and lacking in flavor. In terms of service, the plates were not served quickly even though there were only a few guests. The atmosphere: neither good nor bad but the room is contemporary.

07/09/2024: A top team that is always welcoming and does its job perfectly and on time. However, since the name change, there has been a big loss in product quality. The team has not changed since the old name, the problem lies elsewhere. What appealed about the old version was that you got what you paid for. “L’atelier du burger” had a reputation for quality, well-stocked burgers with simple and efficient operation. The new packaging is overrated and unnecessary and makes the fries limp because the condensation does not drain. The burgers seem smaller and the bread looks very industrial. I wouldn't go so far as to say McDonald's is better, you shouldn't exaggerate, but if it continues you will get closer. You were keen, Mr. the creator of the "burger workshop", to make good and simple but you seem to have gotten lost along the way. Thank you in any case to the rue Buquet team, you are at the top, always with a smile, always very helpful, good luck to you.

23/09/2024: The concept could have been great: the industrial and minimalist decoration of the café makes it a trendy place, a terrace area makes it pleasant, the coffee is quality. However, the welcome and the service need to be reviewed... We waited several minutes in front of the counter where there was an employee busy with anything other than taking our order. There weren't many people there... Well, let's imagine that she had been really overwhelmed, she could have at least apologized or said a word... We finally placed an order, the waiter (who was perhaps also the manager) was borderline rude. We ask if he has any plant-based milks other than oat milk, my mother being allergic to gluten, and he has the audacity and the imprudence to tell us that oat milk is always gluten-free. So for me there is a real lack of inclusiveness in the drinks and pastries options offered by the café. I don't usually like leaving negative comments, however I hope this review will be constructive.

20/09/2024: Wanting to have a little snack after a good day of work, we went to this establishment that we had already heard about. We are very fond of this type of establishment and have our favorite addresses and well, we shouldn’t have changed! The welcome was super cold, we didn't know if we were bothering the waiter to order given his friendliness... no smile, nothing! Let's not talk about the disgusting coffee and the exorbitant prices of the pastries not displayed on the counter and not to die for either... So we went with a small €5 per portion, max out at the sight... fair price... uh 7 .5€ per piece of crumble that won't break a duck's 3 legs... more expensive than a pastry in the luxury pink bakery known among the Caennais... no but Hello! In short, 26€ for a snack for 3 and again we didn't go crazy in terms of drinks with a coffee and 2 water syrups... It’s a shame the setting is nice! Address to avoid!

05/09/2024: We wanted to eat quickly despite a late arrival on a busy Saturday lunchtime and our request was met. Decent dishes and meats cooked as requested. The cheese cake is delicious. The only negative point: the insufficient accessibility signs. we walked around for 1/4 hour before finding the entrance at the end of an alley behind the chu.

04/09/2024: It wasn't the best buffalo grill in terms of taste but it wasn't bad either. A little friendly moment. Quite nice.

28/08/2024: Came with a friend in June thanks to a gift box, we were not surprised by the restaurant after having asked for it. I asked for a tiramisu for dessert (included in the box) and a waitress told me that they were out of stock of a certain product to make tiramisu and therefore that this dessert was not available in the evening where we were there. Only several customers who came to the restaurant after us were entitled to this dessert. The dish was good, but for this "cheat" I don't plan to set foot there again.

14/08/2024: We had made a reservation for August 6 by calling on the phone, they told me no problem, I will note your reservation and finally when we went that evening the restaurant was closed there was no one there! Very disappointed not to have had a call to warn!

27/08/2024: c'est la honte, salade cuite qui baigne dans la vinaigrette, tomates mozza... mozza ouvert depuis combien de temps.? tout jauni, les fritures surgelées cuite au compte goutte, bref à part les sushis qui ont l'air frais ce restaurant ne vaut aucunement le détour...

21/05/2024: Really nice and hearty kebab just right. Quite a choice, around ten products max, which means you don't have to hesitate. Pleasant staff and very reasonable price.

24/06/2024: J ai été très mal reçu dans cet endroit où il n y a que des noirs (ce n est pas un problème) mais la,serveuse vous fait comprendre que vous n avez rien à faire chez eux, vu que vous êtes blanc... Désolant et nul .

06/09/2024: Repas d’affaires Acceuil catastrophique pourtant restaurant presque vide. Viande immangeable, trop dure, la sauce ratée, salade et frites en bol sans couverts pour vous servir,… verre de vin reversé.. mais on vous le sert quand même… ( on a fait le ménage) et même pas un geste commercial sur les cafés!!! Rien à voir avec les autres restaurants de la chaîne.

15/09/2024: Service de 19h30 samedi soir. Souhaitons LE cocktail de l établissement, une pastille cachant seulement le prix mon mari demande à la serveuse si possible de le commander, elle répond par la positive. Seconde serveuse arrive en nous indiquant qu il n est pas possible de le prendre ( oui oui on parle bien du cocktail de la maison celui qui doit être toujours dispo).. Mon mari prendra donc un verre de vin et moi un cocktail Tropico plus un goût de jus de fruits que de Vodka. Ce sera ma seule boisson du repas avec une carafe d eau imposée et même servie comme dans les grandes boutiques pour de l eau minérale.. les règles du service ( et donc de la vente) sont a revoir. On ne nous laisse pas le temps de boire notre apéritif, les entrées sont servies dans les 5 min qui suivent, pas de vins ni d eau minérale proposé. On nous propose un dessert en nous débarrassant de l entrée, sous prétexte que nos couverts sont dans nos assiettes..Nous avons eu le droit à tout le "staff" de salle qui pour moi sont tous au meme niveau professionnel... Cuisine bonne et bien exécutée mais attention ne pas comparer avec le précédent restaurant. En résumé bonne cuisine mais revoir les fondamentaux de vente et du bon deroulement de la salle serait bon afin de ne pas gâcher cet adresse.

08/09/2024: Heerlijk gegeten, vers, veel groente, lekkere vis. Uitstekende bediening. Dessert was ook super en de wijn ook. Niets op aan te merken. Leuk ingericht. Ligt aan authentiek oud pleintje.
