05/09/2026: We ate a pizza and a calzone; the pasta wasn't good and the ingredients were of poor quality. We were very disappointed.

30/09/2026: The people who work there are fantastic! Efficient, friendly, and professional. Most of the people who criticize this bar/tobacconist do so only because of the thugs hanging around on the sidewalk—is that really their fault? As for those who call them rude or "unfriendly," know that they're there to serve the community all day long. They're not there to help every customer who's too lazy to sort out their problems, like those concerning their Nickel account, or to prevent non-customers from using the restroom—it's not their right. Their dedication, in any case, is truly admirable, as they're open 7 days a week, all year round! Go there without hesitation; if you're respectful, you'll be respectful in return!

27/08/2026: The bar needs to be closed, there are too many problems there, always the same fights. It's bound to end badly, think of it like the 26th. For me, the bar attracts too many people who cause trouble, and what's worse, they do nothing. The bar is responsible for the problems. I'm sure they're going to demolish the building to make way for a travel project. I can't wait!

27/08/2026: Hello, I can't comment on the takeout or delivery service, as I haven't had the chance to try them. My colleague and I went to eat in this evening, Thursday, August 27, 2026, having found the online menu with its various couscous dishes very appealing. However, we were truly disappointed. We were offered (without being shown a menu at all) the set menu displayed in the window: either a couscous with a single, measly chicken skewer and a merguez sausage, or an omelet with fries. This was far from what we expected. Either the online menu is a complete illusion, or they had a serious problem. I absolutely do not recommend it.

23/10/2026: A wonderful discovery in the heart of Caen! Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the pleasant setting, the excellent service, and the delicious food. You feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door, with a friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back. I highly recommend this place for a great time, whether for a coffee or a meal. We will definitely be back! 😊

23/10/2026: If you're looking for a pleasant and affordable lunch spot right in the heart of Caen, 101 is the place to go. We've tried their salads several times; they're generous and delicious, and their club sandwiches are excellent. With autumn upon us, they offer a homemade pumpkin soup, perfect for warming up after a stroll. The staff is young, friendly, and always smiling, which is a welcome change these days. The cozy decor upstairs completes the relaxing atmosphere.

22/08/2026: I'm giving it 4 stars because Food: For Italians, the pasta wasn't bad, but not up to our standards either. Service: It's a problem that no one speaks English. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Ambience: It's not a place that will blow you away, but it seemed nice and clean overall. It's right on the river.

26/09/2026: I've ordered several times and never had a problem. But today I was disappointed. The tacos were tasteless, the tortillas too, the fries were microwaved, and the cheese sauce was more like sour cream. €17.50 for that?! 😡😡

25/06/2026: We arrived at this establishment on a Thursday at 4 PM. Since Google indicated they closed at 5 PM and there were people on the terrace, we decided to go in for a snack. We found the gate locked and were told they were closed... Either they don't care about their customers, or they haven't updated their opening hours.

09/09/2026: We came for lunch on Monday and learned that there had been a change of ownership. Unfortunately, this is reflected in the food. We ordered a goat cheese and honey galette, but there was practically nothing inside. Very disappointing, especially for regulars. Unfortunately, we won't be going back anytime soon.

07/09/2026: An excellent crêperie that I wholeheartedly recommend! The savory buckwheat crêpes are really good, fresh, and generously filled. But a special mention goes to the sweet crêpes: they are simply excellent! 🤩 The crêpe batter is incredible, probably the best I've ever had. You can really taste the quality and the homemade touch. A true delight from start to finish, with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. An address I'll treasure and where I'll return with great pleasure! 🥞❤️
