08/09/2024: they have large rooms upstairs, but always closed (probably to avoid cleaning) what do we do when we want to eat on site when there are no free tables? otherwise quite fast on service
01/09/2024: For the taste it's a McDonald's, for the rest really not great, burger completely smashed and barely assembled, but still that's okay it's a classic, the worst is the ice cream service, mcflurries which cost a lot expensive and whose filling does not even reach half the pot, by calculating we reach a little less than 100g of ice cream for almost 6€, it's rubbish, what's more, it's not the first time at all, on my last 4 orders, not once was the mcflurry filled correctly having already worked at Mcdo, I'm not the type to spit on them, but frankly in Caen Center no effort is made, customer service of Uber which also does not help this problem in any way either

27/12/2023: It's honestly not a very good bakery... the pastries are not very good and the cookies are dry. Nutella panini are reheated in the microwave…
18/12/2023: Very disappointed, more than €8 for a wrap and a cookie...
The wrap filled only on the top and empty below and the cookie which was supposed to be nutella and which ended up being praline, it would be good to know what the products contain because it has nothing to do with it!
For an area where there are a lot of students who don't necessarily have the means, it's quite scandalous.
Plus we feel like we're getting a smile out of the salespeople who are clearly frustrated to be here. Damage.

05/08/2024: Sundae au caramel à 2,50 €. Les poubelles sont condamnées, obligeant à poser les plateaux sur un chariot. Service un peu lent.
11/05/2024: Samedi 12 mai - 21h30 nous passons commande lorsque un personnel de salle viens nous informer que seules les commandes à emporter sont acceptées car il ferme la salle à 22h.
Quel perte de CA pour un fast-food de centre ville.

On the other hand, the cold chain respected and the rules of hygiene are something else.
Diarrhea and vomiting after going there; I don't recommend.
