26/03/2024: Great rooms. Top business. If I could I would give 6 stars. Service and location ditto. I hope to be able to rent this room in the future. Once this address is known, I fear this will become difficult. Eating in restaurant La Fleur de Sel: this restaurant is without a doubt one of the better ones in Honfleur, compliments to the chef and his staff. If you want a hamburger with fries you've come to the wrong place, you want to put your feet under the table in a gastronomic experience.... this is the place. Moreover, impeccable service and very dog ​​friendly. And the portions are big enough. Congratulations and see you again. Roland & Anita & Pearl.

01/04/2024: I'll start anyway by mentioning that the servers are pleasant and kind, nothing to say about that. The mussels that my friends took were good and the oysters were the same. On the other hand, for my part, it was a bad experience…. Merlot wine is undrinkable and I have never drunk my glass of wine… it has a consistency of sour grape juice. The scallops are of good quality but the dish is very average: excessively heavy due to the too thick cream on the rice creating a pâté which means that the ingredients do not combine well! Generous portion but the dish absolutely does not do itself justice. The dessert was bad. The tarte tatin is bland and tasteless. When I mentioned it to the waiters, they sent me the manager who made no action...absolutely none. For a menu at €50. Not even a coffee.

11/04/2024: So maybe it changed ownership or I missed something. For me it was more in pizzeria mode. We're already outside so I didn't really pay attention to whether there was a visible kitchen. The toilets upstairs are spotless and there is a pretty, very well appointed room which overlooks the harbour, I would happily have had my meal there. Very well received by the young, dynamic and friendly staff, it creates team spirit and a good working atmosphere. The meal was perfect. No really I don't understand the negative comments And yet I am difficult and critical at restaurants because I often tell myself that I do better. In short, as promised on Sunday I'm giving you 5 stars because it's deserved and if we come back to the area we'll know where to go for lunch or dinner 😉

31/12/2023: Very good New Year's Eve menu Excellent value for money. The best in Honfleur. Quality home cooking. Top notch welcome and service. Very warm owner and waitress with a top chef. We ate very, very well there. We will return. We will do it again, thank you.
