18/01/2026: I came to this restaurant with my wife three years ago. I returned recently and was very disappointed. We arrived at 12:30 PM and were served an hour and ten minutes later because there was a table of 13 people, resulting in excessively long service. The cocktails contained alcohol, and you wonder if there was any alcohol in them. The couscous vegetables were tasteless, and there were far too many carrots. We were very disappointed. It used to be better.

The essentials are elsewhere.
Little touches that make all the difference.
The order is barely placed when the cider arrives on the table with peanuts.
As for the galettes, nothing to complain about: Original and generous, they're delicious with the homemade buckwheat dough, accompanied by a welcome green salad.
Two generously garnished galettes, a pitcher of cider, and two coffees for €32.
It's more than reasonable.
All served with enthusiasm, which is great!

The food is very good at reasonable prices.
The atmosphere and dining room are lovely. We're already looking forward to making the trip back from Évreux to repeat the experience.
22/01/2026: I highly recommend La Ferme du Roy, the food is of high quality (especially the gizzard salad as a starter, it's delicious) in a traditional Norman setting, I would gladly return!

17/11/2025: We go there every November for the big flea market/garage sale in Lisieux. It's really nice, the lunches are family-style, there's always a crowd, some people don't know each other, others do, I love this cheerful and friendly place.

28/10/2025: A great place to stay in the heart of Lisieux. The family room is spacious and quiet. We loved the breakfast, especially the homemade madeleines. The jams are also excellent!
27/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night. After having problems with our first room due to the noise from the kitchen ventilation system, we were moved to another room.
The rooms are fine, but nothing extraordinary. The toilet seat was broken, the pipes seemed half-clogged, and when we came in, a damp smell hit our noses.
Apart from that: clean room, comfortable bed.
Breakfast was okay.
Good for a stopover hotel.

25/12/2025: Very disappointed. I've been a customer for years, buying calissons for special occasions like birthdays and holidays. The calissons are unglazed, very light in flavor, with little marzipan and a sticky texture. As for the truffles, they're dry and lack butter. The quality isn't what it used to be.

07/09/2024: Crêperie très petite à l’image des galettes et sa « petite salade ». Le restaurant fermait le soir pour les vacances donc la moitié des ingrédients étaient indisponibles notamment l’andouille qui concernait la grande majorité des galères proposées… Il aurait fallu informer les clients de l’absence d’andouille avant qu’ils ne s’assoient.

07/02/2026: I went to the store today to do some shopping and buy a coffee maker, so I went to the aisle and, of course, there was no salesperson. I found a coffee maker that interested me, but it wasn't a display model. So I carefully opened the box to see the model, and then a cowboy came and attacked us. Caron had opened the box, even though there's no sign in the aisle indicating that you shouldn't open boxes to see a product that isn't on display. This doesn't make me want to shop in this store. What is management doing to allow this kind of inappropriate behavior towards customers? It's not the brainless cowboys who keep the store running, but the customers. From now on, I'll shop where the customer is valued and not treated like a thief by frustrated cowboys.
03/02/2026: Plenty of cash registers open, clean establishment.
But the parking lot is a bit dangerous due to poor signage.
