Thank you to Olivier for his warm welcome and discreet yet attentive service, and to Mickaël for the delicious meal: snails, sweetbreads with morels, sesame Salers tataki, a cheese platter, and homemade ice cream with a hint of blueberry and chestnut. And the helpful tips for buying cheese and visiting Blesle before we left! Thank you both, and all the best!

13/08/2026: I stopped by for lunch last Tuesday. A cocktail, Cantal cheese tart, truffade (a potato and cheese dish) with Salers beef, coffee, and Murat pastries for 30 euros. Very reasonable prices and entirely local cuisine! The owner is passionate about his region, and I think his son, who's also a pro, helps him out.
I highly recommend it because I really loved the local produce! 😃😃

21/06/2026: We stayed there for a motorcycle trip; the welcome, the staff's availability, and the meals were all excellent. In addition, there was a secure garage available, and the value for money was very good.
09/05/2026: The hotel is very well located for visiting Murat. Parking is in the immediate vicinity. I recommend it.
