29/02/2024: My friend and I love “tartare”!
We often came 2/3 years ago. Our reunion of course takes place around tartare. What a desappointment! Tabasco which is no longer there, replacing stale and dried under the cap, defrosted and chopped capers without taste, no celery salt, no mustard, fatty meat etc... the whole thing will have a hard time being seasoned and despite the overdose, it ultimately remained very bland. Kindly pointed out, the waitress remained too far from the comments, not very concerned. We won't be coming back!
28/02/2024: We used to go there some lunchtimes. Always well received, never disappointed with the dishes. We are very sorry for the closure of this restaurant. We will miss you. Good luck to the staff.

Average cuisine.
We had the dishes before having the aperitif board so we waited 1h30 later to have the dishes.
Clients have had 4 servers for one client
The forgotten sauce that we are charged for
20min wait for desserts
7 servers for a capacity of 150 normally this can be managed when you have a management team that holds up
Servers who spend time apologizing.
The best is when the director comes by to find out if everything is going well with her staff and she accuses them of being bad.
The problem ma'am, I think it's you when we are not able to apologize for mistakes and we blame others. I think the management course was not well assimilated.
05/04/2024: 25 minutes of waiting before ordering because I'm complaining.
The dishes brought before the starter... Then the forgotten dishes, served after more than 40 minutes
Some meats ok and others borderline and the fries too greasy.
Lost waiters, they bring us dishes from another table...
Then desserts served in over 20 minutes with a half empty restaurant.
In short, a service lasting more than 2.5 hours with very average quality and deplorable service.
We wanted to try, very disappointed...

30/03/2024: I came at the beginning of the afternoon. I found the restaurant dirty. I had to go around the restaurant to find a table that was almost clean. The order terminal screen needs a good cleaning and the floor was sticky. Positive point, the service was fast and the waiter very polite.

30/03/2024: Great atmosphere, great service but the food is frankly not good. My two neighbors ordered pizza and both were dry as can be, both didn't finish it (good for me). The hot sauce is made with ducro peppers, mine is better. The craft beers were not kept cold, which is very bad for them.
We were a large group and with the decor and the pretty walls, we still had a great time.
Also I know people who have carried out work in the restaurant who have told me about hygiene concerns in the kitchens.
23/03/2024: Excessively expensive.
30 euros for two pizzas of this size is frankly excessive!
We had the director on the phone who provided us with explanations about the dough which does not spread much etc... (Besides, there is really nothing exceptional about this famous dough) But it remains insufficient to especially since that doesn't explain the non-existent garnish.
Fortunately the ingredients are of quality.
A voucher should have been sent to us but this was not done so I am removing one more star, we are close to zero points

03/04/2024: Too bad, the menu for 2 (nuggets) was no longer available during our last visit, and is no longer a hobby.
For our family of 5, it becomes financially less interesting.
You also have to be careful with your order but, unless it's takeaway, for us it's not too bothersome...
The positive side of the place remains the games room which is really beautiful.
31/03/2024: The servers are not friendly. The restaurant is supposed to close at midnight but from 11:30 p.m. even on foot. They take you through the drive-thru. Most of the time it's cold and the fries are not salty + items are missing 4 nuggets instead of 9 we pay a service not to have it!!
This is absurd!!👹

04/04/2024: The waitress Mathilde, what can I say…. Will she eat us? Or is she not smiling or just friendly?
Positive point, the burgers were good, but the description of the gourmet coffee needs to be reviewed… “a cake on the side”
To finish, the farewells seemed sad, we were not allowed to see Mathilde goodbye….
Next we will try to eat in a more welcoming restaurant
