18/04/2024: It was good, but a little expensive compared to the simplicity of the dishes. The same goes for desserts which are expensive for what is offered.
27/03/2024: Very very disappointing, small menu which could rhyme with quality and accomplished dishes, unfortunately it is quite the opposite. Barely cooked buckwheat pancake served with warm wheat and a barely cooked egg and salmon. No bread.
Is there a real cook in the kitchen???
The cleanliness really leaves something to be desired, dirty cutlery and disgusting fridges at the counter!

30/03/2024: Very haughty manager who looks down on me, kicks me out of the establishment because I don't use while my friend used. He no longer feels like he's walking past the security guards, in short... that we won't see each other again.
10/03/2024: Last night a disaster reservation not taken a completely disorganized service a long wait to eat ultimately eating in 10 minutes the servers remained pleasant despite the catastrophic situation...

Very unpleasant staff, I took a burger honestly fortunately I am a very calm and patient person, the short-haired lady around 40 years old scratches her nose and then directly touches the burger without washing her hands, and on top of that she sees that the burger is cold but, she doesn't care, she gives it to me like that and the little super cold young girl frankly no positive reception and very disappointed cold burger, and waitress not at all hygienic, the price of the burger €6 and a few cents for not being hygienic it’s nonsense

30/03/2024: I came at the beginning of the afternoon. I found the restaurant dirty. I had to go around the restaurant to find a table that was almost clean. The order terminal screen needs a good cleaning and the floor was sticky. Positive point, the service was fast and the waiter very polite.

04/04/2024: The waitress Mathilde, what can I say…. Will she eat us? Or is she not smiling or just friendly?
Positive point, the burgers were good, but the description of the gourmet coffee needs to be reviewed… “a cake on the side”
To finish, the farewells seemed sad, we were not allowed to see Mathilde goodbye….
Next we will try to eat in a more welcoming restaurant

19/03/2024: Dirty place, grease and oil stains here and there, the owners are not polite. And then the fries are just put back in an oil bath for 1 minute and the same goes for the meat, kept in a heated scrap metal container and that's it.

17/02/2024: When you pay €18 for a pizza with arugula and Parma ham, you don't expect two super salty translucent slices worthy of the bottom shelf at Aldi and 3 tiny leaves of faded salad.
On a Saturday at 12:30 p.m. when it's the only empty restaurant on the square, while all the others are full, it's a sure sign.
To flee.
14/02/2024: Wobbly table, armchair more than used, menu card to be changed urgently before it remains in our hands in two pieces
No wine except wine in a pitcher (unheard of in a pizzeria)
2 aperitifs are missing and don't count on the 2 choices of sweet pizzas which are also missing.

19/03/2024: Very good cuisine, and very beautiful presentations, congratulations to the cook.
For the rest very disappointed with the manager's service, it was very complicated and cumbersome.
Concerning the hygiene of the premises, you should not look, and the toilets even less so.
The restaurant is not accessible to people in wheelchairs, possibly in summer on the terrace in front.
It is complicated to park, but if you know a little, there are paid and free places or parking lots, but you have to walk a bit.
Don't forget to book, otherwise you'll arrive great.
The setting is traditional and pretty.
Too bad for the housekeeping and the attitude and behavior of the owner...

17/03/2024: To avoid if you don't want to get sick:
The waiter who prepares me speaks informally, is aggressive, the kebab is made in a hurry (basically there are only vegetables and no meat and at the beginning the opposite is only meat) the contents of the kebab are not mixed at all . All this for €8 and having a stomach ache for the rest of the day.
And what's more, when I go to put my tray down, the waiter (the same one again) attacks me to ask me why I haven't had a drink.
22/02/2024: I have been coming to the Bosphorus for years. I have always eaten well and we have a great welcome. Close to the city center. Very practical for eating lunch and taking a walk afterwards. One of the best kebabs in Bourges and I recommend it
