Tonight I had cod with an excellent and very generous lemongrass sauce, served with fragrant stir-fried Chinese noodles. I thoroughly enjoyed the spring rolls, the best in Fougères, and for dessert, the cherry on top: bananas in coconut milk, so soft and creamy that I savored it slowly. What I appreciate about Channy and her family are the little gifts they give me, whether it's extra dishes or chips as an appetizer. They are all very kind and lovely. I still recommend this restaurant 600% (that's the least I can say). Thank you to Channy, Paul, Eric, and Channy's mother, who is always so cheerful. Take good care of yourselves. Today is Wednesday, soup day in principle. Channy cooked me a hearty soup (that's an understatement!!!) So hearty it could be a meal in itself. I also ordered a bobun (rice vermicelli with beef). These two dishes perfectly reflect Channy and Paul's generous nature, and the quality is always excellent. Thank you so much to everyone. I still recommend this restaurant 600%! We bought some groceries and also some takeout. It's truly excellent.

16/04/2026: Nicer than I thought. They also have an English menu and a waitress who speaks English. Reserve if you want to sit by the window.
13/04/2026: We introduced Rennes to our grandmother, we loved the food and the atmosphere, and we stayed until 10:30 pm without a second thought, even though the restaurant closes at 10 pm. We didn't feel any inconvenience about the closing time.
We'll gladly come back!!

14/04/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for 10 years. We're increasingly disappointed. What used to be an almost familial atmosphere (with conversations and interaction with the owners) has become impersonal (no connection with the staff). This restaurant has lost its soul.
When we arrived this evening around 8:00 PM, the waitress asked if we had a reservation. When we said no, she looked at the clock behind her (we got the impression it was no longer the right time to come for dinner). She showed us to a table. The waitress's interaction was cold, distant, and she didn't smile. The dishes:
Sea bass fillet: good but a bit greasy.
Spicy stir-fried beef: the meat seemed overcooked and greasy with an excessive amount of sauce. There was a side dish on the plate, and the sauce (lots of dried sauce that didn't belong in my dish stuck to the bowl) was also a problem.
As a result, we left quickly without dessert.
What a shame. We don't plan to return and will opt for another restaurant.

20/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! Frozen food with no seasoning... The service was truly unpleasant; we felt like we were bothering them. Then, at 2:30 pm, they turned off all the lights on us, clearly trying to get rid of us. So, we got some fruit to go for dessert since they were obviously going to kick us out... and that's when the DISASTER started! A woman yelled at us in Chinese and also spoke in Chinese right in front of us to the cashier.
In short, we'd heard bad things, but we wanted to see for ourselves: AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE FOOD THAT TASTE LIKE IT'S FROZEN.
PS: I'm including photos so no one can say it's not true.

Considering the price, which is certainly comparable to that of all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants, I find the service subpar.
Given these points, I do not recommend this establishment.

22/03/2026: It took almost two hours for delivery in Rennes. It's a shame because we were good, regular customers despite the drop in quality and the excessively long delivery times.
22/03/2026: Ordered online. Over an hour and a half wait. We called several times and each time received the same answer: "It's being delivered." After an hour, still the same answer. If the restaurant can't fulfill orders, they shouldn't take them. It's unacceptable. I was a very good customer for three years, but I will never order from them again. Furthermore, the quality has significantly declined in the last year.
