23/03/2024: It's a place that I love, run by a very friendly lady. Go for it, it’s very good! Still as good ! Long live Hong Chang, new menu, new formula, old and good habits! Still as good. Always so friendly. You can even eat light. You can even eat vegan.

30/03/2024: Second experience in this restaurant, the first with friends did not make an impression on me apart from the slightly greasy, oily dishes. Second romantic meal, very surprised, we were asked for our aperitif without having had the cards and 30 seconds after being seated. Then in less than 10 minutes we were asked 3 times for the choice of our dishes... the aperitif is still not served, we have barely been seated and the menus have not even been opened. You need to relax, it's only 8 p.m. Arrival and bill in less than an hour! It was not good to linger there, we were thinking about a sequel because we were still hungry but it was done at home. This time a very spicy dish even though it was not announced unlike other dishes. And still so fat Not sure I'll go back, except for take-out to take the time to order and eat. Room a little noisy that evening, even though it was not full and no music. The welcome from the boss just as difficult to digest, in short, a bad evening.
