07/12/2025: It was so good that we're obliged to return soon, I hope. Our friends hadn't been before but were delighted.

11/10/2025: Magnificent restaurant "L'instant Basque" in Brive La Gaillarde, where we enjoyed an excellent Limousin rib of beef (cooked to perfection), accompanied by an equally excellent Basque wine. Great professionalism and kindness from the owner towards us and our 2 dogs. A big thank you to you and your team 🙏🏻. We will come back as soon as possible.

20/12/2025: I rarely eat pizza, but I was delighted with the one I had here. The owner was super friendly, the service was efficient, and I was even able to eat in. Brive is 50 km from my home, but I'll definitely be back, if only for my pizza at Dell'Pizz.

08/11/2025: Excellent neighborhood pizzeria. I love their lunchtime special: a small pizza, salad, and a drink. The pizzas are large and generously topped. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it. I go there often.

15/11/2025: Top-notch... Special book fair meal, €45 set menu. Pecharman wine barely drinkable, coffee included. Insipid truffled foie gras and boiled beef chuck, followed by grape ice cream swimming in sabayon with a stale biscuit for dessert. I'm surprised by the other reviews; we must not have eaten at the same restaurant. Following the owner's response, I'm modifying my review, specifying that I wrote this review to warn future customers about my bad experience.

27/01/2026: Disappointing … we were early diners but even so. Food not warm, senior staff practicing for the Olymics with a couldn't care less approach. They've lost a regular (I have to visit Brive twice a year) customer.

24/01/2026: Nice little restaurant. Easy to park as there's a small free parking lot nearby between noon and 2 pm. Remember to make a reservation as it's often busy and not very big. Reasonable prices. Friendly welcome. Fresh pasta. Fast service. The carbonara pasta isn't made with the authentic recipe, which is a shame! Plus, it's served with bacon... that's not what's listed on the menu. My colleague ordered a pizza, and it was swimming in oil... strange.

27/10/2025: A quick stop in Brive, where I discovered this very friendly place with top-notch service, dishes that were as delicious as each other, from starter to dessert, and all at very reasonable prices! What more could you ask for! I'll be back with pleasure, and say hello to Simone!

23/10/2025: Having come to explore the town of Brive-la-Gaillarde for a weekend, I wandered the streets and couldn't help but step into this simply magnificent place. The decor is as beautiful as the people who staff this café, and the food delighted my entire family. I recommend it without hesitation.

06/12/2025: A perfect place for a quick meal, simple but effective cuisine. I had the 250g butcher's cut of flank steak with homemade fries and smoked salmon. The meat was high quality, and the lemon-basil sauce for the salmon was excellent. The service was top-notch; don't pay attention to the bad reviews... Try it for yourself, you'll be surprised; the team is very professional. I think Philippe Etchebest's visit was very beneficial to them. An address I'll definitely keep in mind for my next trips to Brive. See you soon, keep up the good work!
