06/07/2025: A serious lack of organization on Sunday evenings? We know Sunday evenings are packed, but after a while, if you don't know how to manage a nearly full room and terrace, you'll have to remove seats. A big thank you to this appalling lack of management.
The same mistakes every Sunday: think about increasing the number of people, turning people away, or closing the drive-thru at this stage, like any good manager.

05/09/2024: The first time (2 months ago) I found the place great, I went back 5 times and I was sick twice (vomiting and hospitalized one night for food poisoning. (afterwards I stayed in the presumption but I don't see any other reasons for my nausea and vomiting just 1/2 hour after my meal) I'm thinking of the beef gazpacho for the first and the prawns for the second... the latter had almost a texture of puree I don't I didn't dare spit it out so I ate it... otherwise we ate pretty well there (I'm not a big eater) and the deserts, although frozen, are good and varied, particularly the floating island... that's it, I don't don't know if I'll go back.

From the very first tastings, we were impressed by the quality of the products and the attention to detail. On the big day, everything went perfectly: impeccable service, a friendly and professional team, and generously served hot dishes.
Our guests gave us numerous compliments, both on the appetizers and on the main course and dessert. Le Hussard contributed greatly to the success of our wedding, and we will cherish unforgettable memories of their attentive service. We recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a service that combines taste, elegance, and excellence.
